It's clean and everything looks very organized when you look around. You're greeted by the front desk receptionist and they quickly note down which services you are wanting and then encourage you to pick your colors. Before you can even pick a color, a technician is greeting you to escort you to your mani or pedi chair. If I'm doing both services, they've typically come and do both while I'm in the pedi chair - so you're in and out even faster. It also makes you feel special when they're doing both.

The shape was uneven and textured was bumpy. When doing my pedicure the other lady didn't shave down anything nor do the wax at the end although I requested it, I wasn't given any options during my visit. During check out she said it would be $65 for my nails when she told me it was going initially going to be $60. So I just went ahead and deducted it from the tip. I will not be returning. I do a lot of typing so that can be extremely annoying. The hardest thing is finding a nail tech that can put an gel-builder overlay on my nails when they are short and still make them look good. I have a wide nail bed so most times people make my nails look like I have chicklets glued to my fingers. I dont remember if I found this place on IG or TikTok but decided to give them a try. KK and Kim were amazing. I came back three weeks later for my birthday and it was not a fluke. The staff also surprised me by singing happy birthday. It was super cute. I will definitely be rebooking. Just a note: I usually go get my nails done at off times to avoid crowds and parking is usually decent (can find a spot without waiting but lot is pretty full). It doesn't feel relaxing as everyone is kind of looking at everyone. I asked a worker for a glass of red wine while I waited and she was extremely rude asking for my ID and looking me up and down. She brought it in a half cleaned glass and it was hardly filled up. As I sat and waited to be serviced, I looked around and noticed a disgusting amount of clipped nails, acrylics, hair on the floor and flies around me. I'll attach a pic of my receipt below but when I asked her to explain how French tips made the service go up $70. Her response was "well you asked for that" but like.... I feel like I got charged more than I should have. The front desk lady also said "well you didn't have to get French tips you could have just gotten your toes painted..." which yes duh I could have but I didn't want that. Also, I wasn't aware but apparently you can walk in and just say "just paint my toes", you don't have to pick one of the services from the menu? (I didn't know this but feel like that should be public knowledge). With all this and the quality coming out not the cleanest, I would not recommend this location.
