With all the pizza places around, they really need to step it up.some. The pizza tastes about the same as a pizza I could by from jewel, and for the time it takes them.for.delivery I would be better off. They under estimate delivery time, and then on the phone, they get mad that you call and ask what is taking so long. A hit or miss pizza. Service: girl answering the phone is rude, basically answeres the phone like WTF do you want? Why did you call this pizza place.... Driver was completely overwhelmed and super rushed. Took over 1 hour to get the pizza. The pizza from this place seems to be pretty substandard on a bussy night like a friday or a saturday. Its awesome for lunch and weeknights. So if you want awesome Falco's order it on the weekdays or for lunch. The sausage pizza is the best compared to pepperoni, veggie and plain cheese. read more

The workers here could care less about their customers. I came in for a beef and jalapeno panzerotti and sat waiting while the manager ignored a call from an upset customer. He refused to answer the call and the staff complained about their customers in front of me. When I get home, I find out my panzerotti was filled with pineapple. I went back a few days later (not wanting to call, because I know the manager wont speak to me) and the manager tells me he will not correct the order because I should have come back that same day. What are they losing by fixing my order????.....a good customer. I will never go back and I suggest you think twice before giving them your money. read more

Had pizza from here a hand full of times and always enjoyed it. Cheese and sauce were really good, which is most important for me in pizza. Other ingredients tasted good as well. Not the greatest pizza I've ever had, but it definitely competes and is worth giving a try. I feel like some of the one star reviews on here are a little bogus and I wouldn't let them stray you away from trying it out. Mistakes are bound to happen once in awhile, and I understand good customer service is key for a good company, however I feel like a 1 star rating and saying you'll never go there ever again because of one bad experience is a little dramatic. Especially since they said they've been customers for several years and never had any problems. I guess they didn't feel compelled to write a review when things were going good for years, but decided that one bad experience was enough to give one star. Currently going on 2 hours waiting for my pizza. It's Monday. I ordered at 11 am. Had a bad experience before and wanted to give them a second chance. Last time I ordered they took 2 hours and forgot the soda. They remediated the problem by sending a free soda. ..... 2 more hours after the pizza. Never ordering from here again. Ordered a pizza at 3:00pm while being placed on hold for about 5min to even be able to order delivery, it took them 2hrs to even arrive with our pizza it was cold and not even with the toppings we asked I called at 4:55 and they said the pizza should be getting here soon smh not even a sorry it will be there soon nothing..... overall don't think I'll be ordering from there anymore read more

I love this place! I work in Cicero and had no idea there was a Falco's here until my coworker told me. I'm a loyal customer of the Falco's on California and Archer -dining in is an experience! LOL the waitresses are funny and welcoming -- can't always say the same about the pick up counter though =/ Falco's in Cicero provides the same yummy pizza as the one out south - have to say the customer service could use a little improvement. Great pizza! Tastes similar to Home Run Inn pizza. A friend told me that long ago two partners opening up HRI got into a dilemma that resulted in splitting the partnership. One went along to open Home Run Inn while the other started Falcos.... that explains why the pizza tastes similar, similar recipes. read more

Our pizza was two hours late, received the wrong pizza and when we finally realized it was the wrong pizza it was too late we had already began eating it. Worst part, while eating one of the slices i bit in to a hard object(rock). When we called to complain the guy on the phone made it seem like we were making it up. First of all why the hell would we lie? If it wasn't for the damn rock we were not even gonna complain because we ate the damn pizza. But the fact that they were arguing with us over the phone, like seriously?!! Worst customer service ever! And we saved the damn piece of rock and returned it back to them but they'll prolly say it was made up. I swear the audacity of these people. They did offer to give us a refund back.
