I hate to have to give Falco's Pizza a 1 star tonight, but after today I will no longer be doing business with Falco's Pizza for the following; I placed an order for a Large Sausage and Mushroom Pizza and a 12 piece hot wing for delivery around 5:45 pm. While speaking to the man that took my order (Marco) that delivery would be a 1 hr and 10 minute wait the most. I thought this was normal delivery time, off it's that long on a Thursday night but I just decided to proceed with placing my order. Approximately an hour and 20 min later I still have not received a phone call that my Pizza was here, so I decided to give the restaurant a call. The same man that took my order, answered and put me on hold. He finally picks up and I explain that we've been waiting more then the estimated time and we wanted to know what was the hold up with our food? He explained that they were very backed up and will send his driver out now and they'll be arriving in the next 10 min. 20 min later still no sign of the delivery driver, I call back again. The SAME man that took my order and previously answered my call answers, puts me on hold. I explained now it's 7:00 and there's still no sign of the food. He gave me the SAME excuse that they're are backed up and it will be another 10 min. Ok. 7:30 no pizza. At this point I'm frustrated, my mom even called because I was just becoming more agitated with going half the day with no food. I eventually call, the same man that has answered the phone every single time I've called answers, yet again. Each and every time we called to check in he acted as if he didn't know it was us, every time we gave him the address he acted surprised as if he couldn't believe we still hadn't received our food while giving us the same excuse every time, except this time he was able to come up with something different and told us his driver had waited 6 min outside my home calling me and supposedly I wasn't answering. FALSE, I was waiting by my window for the driver since the 1st time I called and not one car stopped and stalled in front of my house for 6 minutes or more, they never made it to my home. There were very ignorant responses given by Marco, as he stated was his name. My father was so angry he contacted the restaurant and Marco had told him that they cannot always provide good customer service and that we aren't the only customers who have called and complained about there food not being delivered. It is now 8:00 and I'm tired, hungry, and very angry with this establishment and there lack of customer service with a lousy worker who needs some lessons on what it is to have good customer service skills. Marco did not bother to offer to compensate us for the wait, he did not care that my family and I had waited hours for the food we were counting on for dinner tonight. I love Falco's Pizza so it's a shame that this had to happen, we hope this does not happen to anyone else and that Falco's considers replacing Marco with someone who gives a shit about there business and name. My experience was horrible, and the lack of consideration was even worse. We decided to take our business to Water Works Tavern on Ogden and they were friendly and delivered our food in 35 min, hot, and delicious. After 2 and a half hours of waiting for our food, we were glad to finally get something in our system at 9pm. UPDATE: I spoke the the owner Mike Falco and he addressed my concerns to the General Manager, I got a phone call fairly quick and I'm very happy with the outcome compared to how upset I was last night, Danny is a great Manager and has awesome customer service, I'm glad he was able to take care of me after this mess. If one thing is forsure, Marco may not have cared about his customers last night, but I can't say the same for the whole establishment. We will be giving Falco's another shot, and hopefully, we won't encounter an issue like this again. read more

I have been ordering from Falco's in Cicero for over 25 year and it has always been Excellent... until tonite! My first bite was so salty I wouldn't have eaten it if I wasn't so hungry from waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery! My friends agreed it was very salty and just not as good as usual. I dont know i kept ordering from this place. But i can tell you i am done, done ,done! No more waiting for their driver's to arrive and hour and a half later which is usually cold. If you order a cheese pizza they send a sausage. If you order a sausage you get a cheese pizza. Customer service is no better. I called to complain and was told to come to the store as if to fight it out. Screw Falcos Pizza. There are plenty of pizza joints and i cant wait to spend my money there. read more

Efffffff this place. I came here with a group of high school buddies and said why not. I'm young, strapping, and could use a slice or two. Service is normal, walk up to the counter tell them your order, wait, smoke a crack pipe, receive your food. My friends ordered their food and had some okay looking pizza as compared to other local places. I ordered a slice of cheese, and a slice of pepperoni, and what I got was a slice of half cheese half aluminum, and a slice of pepperoni and paper plate. I swear the pepperoni slice was stuck to the paper plate they gave it to me on. The experience of my friends laughing at me while I ate the half cheese half aluminum still haunts me to this day. All jokes aside, one slice was too hot that it got stuck to the paper plate and the other had an element on the periodic table. The pizza was okay but there are better local joints. read more

We have been loyal customers at this location for 42 years. This was our go to pizza. Family would come from out of town and it was a must to get Falco's pizza for them. It was a treat. Ordered one last night, I must say, the last 3 we ordered seemed different, but we remained loyal. Last night was the last. Nothing about it was the same, including the people working there. It took forever, and we were carrying it out. We ordered an extra large and got a family size, and paid for a family size, but the pizza itself is the reason we are done with this place. Everything about it was different. The sausage, the sauce and the cheese. We will miss the old Falco's. read more

Can You Say Yummy!!! I love this place. At first I was a bit scared to go into it because it does look like a whole in the wall. But the crust on this pizza reminds me of an awesome buttermilk biscuit. The worker's always seem extra friendly, their salad is great. Even though their pepperoni's are under the cheese you can request them on top. There sausage is tasty, the spinach is great. Basically I have to control myself when walking or riding past this place. read more

Gotta give it up to one of my favorite pizzas places of all time old school thin crust real Chicago pizza not deep dish (although I love deep dish a lot) it reminds me how home run Inn used to taste (used to be my favorite thin crust now it's too commercial) Crust is nice and buttery and the Italian sausage they use is bomb! My favorite toppings is just a basic sausage and pepperoni here, the Cicero location is just a whole in the wall take out only been there forever, never been to the one on Archer, but there is one in Burr Ridge off the 55 and Rt 83 that has beer flat screens and a lot of seating, breaded zucchini sticks are a good appetizer here too, don't really order anything else from Falco's but that, trust me that's enough pizza is awesome, one more thing don't order take out from the Cicero location it will be cold once it gets to you. read more

This is definitely the best pizza around!! We have been ordering it for many, many years. Always the same taste and quality. Sausage & cheese are a good quality. We have tried the one on Rt. 83 in WIllowbrook, not the same at all. Terrible crust (could be premade),, all ingredients were sliding off the crust. Doesn't have the same thin buttery crust as Cicero's. So beware. Stick with the Cicero one. In my opinion, I prefer Falco's over Home Run Inn! read more

The food is delicious...but the customer service not so good. The person on the phone was extremely rude, he didn't even let me express that we were trying them out for the first time... The order was completely wrong, wrong toppings, wrong everything and when I called to address the issue, he offered "a few bucks off" to smooth things over... Very unprofessional and uncaring of customers... I'll take my money to Paisan's, thank you very much. Would not buy from Falco's again, even if... This was one of my first jobs as a teen. My family use to order from here every friday till left the neighborhood. I dropped back in recently to find its as good as it was back then. They dont jip u in the toppings even when u just order a slice. They still serve rc products so if not a fan bring your own drink. Not much seating so i eat it in thw car just outside. Best pizza in the Western Suburbs. Falco's pizza is simply the best. To me it kind of taste like the original Home Runn Inn from 31st Streest for a fraction of the prize. I always order a double dough (dough is delicious and soft) with sausage and extra sauce (sauce taste just like Home Runn Inns) for $14. This pizza beats out Paisans, Pizza Hut, Salernos, etc...try it won't be disappointed. read more

This is sort of a hole in the wall place but their pizza is FANTASTIC. The pizza tastes like Home Run Inn! The dough has a sourdough taste and the sauce is tangy. It 's not very easy to find since they have no fancy neon signs up, but on the plus side, they are right next to a bar. So technically, you could just pick up your pizza and walk it next door for some booze to accompany your delicious meal. They only offer take out or delivery. They have no tables or chairs in the place. Price is reasonable. They have a limited menu but also offer appetizers, sandwiches, and salads. Street parking is available. read more

Saw all the 5 star remarks on here and i had to try them. I will say the crust is arguably the best thin crust in chicago. The sausage was excellent and plenty. My biggest issue with Falco's is they used canned mushrooms on my pizza. Had they not did that i probably would've game them 5 stars. I picked over the mushrooms cuz i hate canned mushrooms. Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. Lied to about traffic/delivery time (Google Maps is a wonderful thing) and at one point was told the driver couldn't make it to me and that we have to pick it up from them. I have to admit I was very impressed with Falco's. The pizza was excellent, probably the best in the area after Bertolli's IMO (unfortunately Bertolli's doesn't take credit cards, so lots of times I have to order from somewhere else). Ordered from here for the first time over this past wknd. My husband was told delivery would be between 45 min to an hour. It took 1 hour and 35 minutes! Longest I've ever had to wait for pizza. The pizza was so delicious!!! Type of pizza you love and enjoy with a cold glass of beer. Their fries were steak fries, my favorite. Double score! First time ordering from Falco's and I heard these guys broke off from Home Run Inn pizza. When I called I told them this was my first time ordering from them and asked if they had any deals and they said no. They stated they had coupons but since this was my 1st time they would not give me a deal because I had no coupons. I ordered a xl pizza half sausage half pepperoni and was not impressed with the price $23.00. The only thing it had going was the buttered crust but the rest of the ingredients were average quality. For an XL pizza it's a lot smaller than other pizza places. This place is understaffed, when I arrived to pick up the food the guy was just taking orders and not really greeting the people. The cook handed me my order. Don't know if I'll be coming back. There is a better place down the street called Al's pizza right off of Austin and Cermak with a better deal. I wanted so much to give this place 5 stars but they let me down on the delivery time and I couldn't let it slide. Beside that, the food was great. This is very good for a regular crusted pizza. Everything worked well together, the sauce, crust, ingredients. Price is right around where one would expect. I was told the delivery was going to be 45 min and it came at 1hr and 10min which is a long time when you are super hungry. For such a run down looking place, the pizza at Falco's is not half bad. The pastry like thin crust is unique and the ratio of cheese, sauce, and dough was spot on...not at all greasy or heavy. But my problem with the pizza was how incredibly salty it was. So much in fact that it made the pizza almost inedible. Falco's is just another run of the mill neighborhood pizza joint, not very different from hundreds such places throughout the city. I wish I lived closer. I come here from the North Side of Chicago whenever I can. Their pizza is so tasty!! The ingredients are quality and fresh. On top of the fresh, delicious pizza, no one concentrates on the crust like they do. It's a thin, crispy but not too crispy, buttery twisted crust. You're making a mistake if you throw it away.
