I was feeling a bit low and worried because I was spending money on a day social media said not to. But I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sparkle and beauty that is the physical ambiance of the Salon. Though is missed my favorite front desk receptionist Valentina. Seriously such a fun sweetheart that makes being a professional welcomer seem way easier than we all know it is. She always appears to be genuinely happy to see each salon guest arrive for their appointment and never forgets to checkbon your hydration and personal needs. But regardless of who the front desk person is they make the check in process easy and inviting. And then there is the rest of your scheduled experience. There is just a level of comfort offered while being in some of the most vulnerable positions that just can't be put into words. I mean we are naked or laying with our eyes closed for hour(s) and not once will you were about your safety (psychological or physical) ever being compromised. I received two services by Katie today. A grande lash fill and a full Brazilian. That is about two and a half hours of service in a sitting and it was a seamless and hygienic transition and process. Time spent with Katie is honestly like therapy. She is kind, insightful, beyond inspiring in so many ways and provides more than esthetic needs. She fills your beauty and soul, self care needs effortlessly. You may see that I write reviews often but this is only because I am consistently blown away with every experience I have with Katie. The level of artistry is always magical. I literally walked in with about 4 lashes and looking so tired and walked out with a full set of lashes looking refreshed and more vibrant than I can even explain.
