We use the highest quality of glue available in the market. We have a variety of types. Carbon black and clear glues that work in different humidity levels and have different dry times. Our clear ones are very popular with more sensitive clients.

Yes we do but we recommend the extended fill since we aren’t sure what to expect, just to be safe!

April did my lashes, and though her previous appt ran a bit long (that girl is BOOKED!), I didn't have to wait too long. And honestly, the wait is worth it. I appreciated that they accept "foreign" fills and didn't charge me for a full set (like other salons do). I told April what I wanted, slight cat eye and somewhere between hybrid and volume and wow she blew me away. I accidentally fell asleep but it was great because when I woke up, she was basically done! I could feel how thorough she was to ensure I had layers of lashes. It's been 5/6 days so far and literally only 1 lash has fallen out; this is unheard of from my other lash techs. I truly think I could trust anyone at this salon, they care so much, it's palpable! At one point I even stopped and asked my friend who was with me if I was making sense or if I was being too difficult to understand? Let's just say the first 25 minutes of my relaxing pedicure were well not.. I still paid and tipped 20% because I like paying for the service I am receiving and want to be treated nicely when I return as a returning customer.. well not even 2 hours later and my gel pedicure is already peeling off.. usually my gel pedicures last me atleast 3 weeks and if it's wearing down it's my toe nails growing out not the actual gel PEELING off.. I am going back tomorrow to ask for it fixed and will update this review. 2 stars only for the cleanliness of the location.

I was a long time customer of the Hampton Lash Lounge until I realized their gross neglect for treating everyone fairly. The owner Samy is extremely RACIST and you would think with her being a minority herself would mean she wouldn't be prejudiced but she is. She talks about clients on the salon floor, specifically the ones of darker complexion, Calls them smelly. Constantly complaining of customers on the floor. Constantly talking about her "sexscapades". Once the protests started a few months ago the owner was adamant to keep armed white guards with semi auto rifles outside the door with the caption "you loot, we will shoot", although none of the shops in her location had been vandalized or targeted for looters. Samy the owner, harassed me once I stopped going to her shop and is accusing her old employees of poaching clients. She refuses to want to see anyone branch out and do better for themselves. She texted me lies about some the employees that left from working for her. Constant defamation, constant derogatory language. I saw online her get accused of drug use which would make sense as to the erratic behavior and constant drama in the shop. Every google review I've left has been deleted by the company at risk of the truth getting out. Please just please go anywhere else but here. I'd rate it 0 out of 5 stars. Also the review is not false. I have photo evidence of my receipts at Hampton as well as screenshots of your harassment. read more

I came to Hampton lash lounge after visiting other salons that damaged my natural lashes. I was hesitant to try another salon and almost gave up completely because I no longer trusted anyone with my lashes. My first visit with Samy was so simple - Samy answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. She has helped me to grow healthier lashes by teaching me how to take care of them - she is extremely knowledgable. She is professional, dedicated and really cares about her clients. Her passion for lashes shows in her incredible work. Alongside her, Cathleen is amazing as well. They make such a great team. They both adapt to what look you want and make sure you love the results. I have been getting eyelash extensions for about 5 years now and have only been to 2 different salons prior to Hampton Lash Lounge. I absolutely love this place and the girls who work here!! They are so nice, fun and make you feel so comfortable. I have personally had my lashes done by Samy (the owner) and Bri who both always do an awesome job and give me exactly what I ask for. I have also received multiple skin treatments by Samy and Cece (love her!). This place may seem expensive for lashes and other service but I promise you pay for the quality and it is completely worth it! They take great care of me, my lashes and my skin and are always striving to improve your experience. My very first lash lift didn't keep the curl as well, and when I reached out with my concerns, I was able to have them redone. It is clear they take pride in their work and care for their clientele. The ladies there are wonderful; Suz-e, Liz, & Jade Ann are so welcoming & definitely make sure you're taken care of. I've enjoyed getting to know them & the beautiful efforts of their work. I did lash extensions for quite some time & they took time to get to know my retention rate and were collaborative as well as knowledgeable to help me get the results I was hoping for. Their space is beautiful, professional, clean & they definitely take good care to provide high end products as well as the vibe of the place is welcoming. I would recommend their membership packages as it is helpful in the long run & it can help you explore their other services. Its worth it & I look forward to going in every time!

As a mom who works full time, it's hard to get in those self care appointments on days off while having to care for a child. Gim is more than okay with me bringing my daughter to my appointments, which I appreciate more than she knows. She has her own little chair set up next to me with her iPad/snack desk and occasionally walks around saying hi to other lash artists. And as soon as my appointment is over she knows it's sticker time. Gim knows my daughter loves stickers, and now she keeps some on hand in the salon just for her. The team at The Glam Space is not only good at what they do, but also very thoughtful in every aspect. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes!

The lashes they use are light and natural but still deliver the full volume, just the way I like it. The place is neat and nice. I always feel comfortable and relaxed here. They also have water and treats, and always give out a new brush every time I come in. The setting here is nice, too. I like that they have separate rooms for each client, so I don't have to lay next to someone while getting my lashes done. Plus, the price here is reasonable and they accept cards. From seamless appointment booking through text all the way to the service, I can't recommend Lady Lam enough. Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. She is a wonderful listener and her studio space is well appointed. I also have for a couple facials with her and they were so relaxing! The prices for all of her services are very reasonable for the service that lasts for a long while. You will need to book with her well in advance (month + recommended) because she is in high demand.
