I really love this place it's such a nice welcoming atmosphere. Ms Tasha is an amazing host very knowledgeable about the scents and the process for making the candles. There's 50 to 60 scents to choose from and different sizes of jars. They serve wine and do candle trivia and Karaoke. It was so much fun I came to the grand opening but I wanted to come back for the experience. Net time I'm in Vegas this is a must

10/10 stars would recommend booking with Ms Tasha at ReWax & Unwind. From beginning to end the experience was personable , organized and informative. We learned about candles as well as curated our own scents for our own signature fragrance. We got to enjoy 3 different kinds of wine & even did some karaoke while we waited for them to finish drying ! This is the perfect spot for a birthday, girls night, or just to get your creative juices flowing. There's so many different combinations and add-ons to truly make your candle fit your personality.

    And the fun begins!

I had the opportunity to experience the Rewax and Unwind. The owner is so sweet. She's a great host too. The Yelp's Mad Science Mayhem at Discovery Children's Museum was so great to be there to raise money for a great cause. When attending the workshop it was a lot of fun. Rewax and Unwine was a huge hit with their make-your-own personal fragrance candle station. I loved that! You should follow Rewax and Unwine on IG @itsme_tasha_. You'vr got to go to her studio. So many candle jars to choose from. Lots of fun. Happy Yelping

THEY HAD ME AT FIRST SCENT!!…read more I love going to Bath And Body Works - and this location stands out to me so much! Great energy and in a nice location in the Silverado Ranch shopping center with a lot of other stores. Great job to this awesome team today I was just stopping by to use a promo and I left with feeling so much better about myself! The women who work in the store are all about empowerment and it shows they are so friendly and focused on each customer! They make great connection, captured my attention right away with what's new and asking what I needed..and then went the extra mile by grabbing me something I forgot once I got to the checkout. Even if it was me just in there to buy one thing of which I left with a few but at any point, I just overall felt better after stopping in and I love this new Peepin It Real mini hand sanitizer I got and Wallflower plug-in Beach Blanket scent as well as my favorite Gingham pocket lotion!! See you next time! Thx again for the sprinkle of spring time energy!! :)

Karina, I'm not positive on the spelling of her name, was amazing. I had a couple questions on my rewards points (by the way their rewards program is excellent) and she was so helpful. She's super attentive and knows the products well. She helped me on the floor and I happened to get her when paying. She definitely knows her customer service and genuinely nice. This location is always neat and organized and it's in a great location of stores. The shopping center tends to get very busy but you can always get parking. Looking forward to my next visit.

We got there early on Saturday to arrive to an extremely hot building, their ac had gone out. I was under the impression I had already paid for the event so we decided to stay and try to tough it out. They informed us they had water but didn't have cups, there is literally a restaurant next door that I would have asked them for some cups to help out my guest but the owner didn't think it was important to go get cups to provide for us in that heat! The class was pretty disorganized and all over the place. Everyone had too much down time with not much to keep us busy. I didn't ask why but they make us leave the candles and come get them the next day. They told us they would be there no problem and if we wanted we could even come Monday to get them. They were not there when we came Sunday and come to find out they're also closed on Monday & Tuesdays. I then came by Wednesday and to my surprise they were closed again. There was a sign on the door saying they closed early and would see us Wednesday- which it was. To help you understand, they also had us leave our names and phone numbers with our candles. With this being some people's presents they were making to give to their mom for Mother's Day, that definitely would not have been able to do so. And this was the experience I got for my mom to enjoy all week. You think they would at least call everyone and let us know when they were planning to open again so we could retrieve the candles we had already paid for. Which after the class they made us pay full price not even offering a discount for the inconvenience. We finally got ahold of someone on Friday and let them know we were headed to get the candles, she said awesome, I'll have them ready for you. And made excuses for why they hadn't been open. Said they decided to remain closed to get the air fixed. (Which, like I said, they should have called) We arrived, the air was still broken, and the candles were not ready. She never once apologized. Very unprofessional. Save your time and money.

The class was super fun, you're allowed to sniff through a variety of scents, and the host of the class was bright and fun and super personable. It was fun sniffing our way through the scents to create our perfect candle. The actual making of the candle after choosing our scents was super easy as well. After the candle class, we also just enjoyed walking around and sniffing through all of the store's candles on offer, and my friends bought a variety of room sprays, incense, and more. The experience was $55 per person, which is pretty good for getting to make two candles of your own. I highly recommend getting a few friends together and having a nice afternoon out making candles!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom…read more My mom placed an online order and paid for 20 candles on a Sunday and selected in-store pickup for the following Sunday. The day before the final day for scheduled pickup, my dad went to the store to pick up the order, only to find that the store was unexpectedly closed due to what we were told was an AC issue. Obviously, that was completely out of our control. My mom then called the store and spoke with an associate named Alexandria, who was very nice and helpful. Alexandria confirmed that the order was there but said they couldn't locate it in the store, which was already confusing. The following day, Sunday, which was the last day to retrieve the order, my dad returned to the store while my mom was on the phone trying to get answers. That's when we found out that the manager, Trina, had canceled the entire order. Her explanation was that nobody came to pick up the order within the required five days. That simply wasn't true. My dad had gone to the store the previous day to pick it up, but the store was unexpectedly closed, then returned the following day. That's not something the customer should be penalized for. Mind you the whole order was already ordered and paid for, so why go cancel it. What made the situation even worse was the way Trina spoke to both my mom and dad. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she came across as extremely rude, dismissive and argumentative. She repeatedly talked over my mom and wouldn't allow her to finish explaining what happened. We had already called the store and confirmed the order, yet we were treated as though we were making the entire situation up. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What is unacceptable is how customers are treated when trying to resolve those mistakes. Trina's customer service was extremely unprofessional and left a terrible impression of the store. She should receive additional customer-service training, particularly on how to listen to customers, communicate respectfully and handle situations where the store itself contributed to the problem. We placed a large order, followed the instructions, attempted to pick it up, and even called to confirm everything. We shouldn't have been treated this way or left without our order because the store happened to be closed unexpectedly. (Trina if you see this which im sure you will, no need to reply. We both know how you handled this situation, very poorly. Do better)
