All they had to do was mention that they can't recommend a chiropractor, but that they do offer massage, but instead I got a terse "unable to service." Since then, I tried to follow up several times. I asked just what their basic pricing is, and they simply refuse to respond. I have had some outstanding bodywork therapists, both in Los Angeles and Riverside counties, over the last 30 years. Now that I live in the Palm Springs area full-time, I was looking for somebody consistent who wasnt expensive, like at the big spas, and I also wanted somebody who could give a good, strong, legit massage. Instead I get silence when asking a basic question. I guess Palm Springs Men's Wellness Retreat doesn't want my business at all, and that's a shame. This practice is not going to last if it doesn't understand the very basics of customer service.

A property at this level should have a clear, documented lost-and-found process with accountability, rather than relying on informal follow-up. We paid over $600 for a one-night stay. The level of urgency and communication so far does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am requesting that management conduct a formal review, including verification with housekeeping, review of lost-and-found records, and any applicable security procedures, and provide a direct, documented follow-up.
