Updating my review for an honest one - I was asked to right a good review to get a specific price. My massage itself felt pretty good, but the environment of the shop was a bit off. My sister and I were put in a room that was more like a communal room/entryway for the rest of the massage rooms. To paint more clearly; you enter the shop and see stations for nails, then you walk through a doorway and immediately find the massage beds that we were on. If you continued walking around the corner, you'd be taken to the rest of the massage beds that had curtains and privacy. Being in a communal area at a food reflexology shop isn't a big deal to me, but them having me take off my clothes without explaining strangers will be walking through and see me getting a massage with no top on was super uncomfortable. Not to mention they opened the door to the nail area a few times without closing it. read more

BEWARE, this entire establishment should be shut down immediately. They have zero integrity. Stay away. My husband booked a 60 minute massage for me while we vacationed in Palm Springs. The reviews are shady & fake, please read through them and see how many reviews the reviewers who rate them high have written. First of all, walking in, I felt immediately rushed, but it was about 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment so I didn't think too much of it. I asked to use the restroom and was told it was down a hallway. The hallway was completely dark and I had to use the flashlight on my phone to help see where I was going. The bathroom was tiny and not zen at all. RED FLAG. However, because I didn't book this, I decided to go with the flow. Once done in the restroom, I returned to the dark hall and a man, assuming it was the owner, asked me if I wanted a make or female masseuse. I told him that I was pretty sure my husband booked a female therapist. I quickly texted my husband and confirmed. I was escorted to one of the private rooms, which isn't really private as there was just a curtain and the top wasn't sealed off, more like a triage room at the emergency department of a hospital, if you know what I mean. Well, I put my purse and cell phone in a 3 drawer organizer and undressed, and laid face down on the massage table.. trying to breathe and relax. Well, a few minutes later a woman comes in and asks again if I want a male or female masseuse. I repeated female, now getting annoyed. So she says Ok and starts the massage. It was all over the place, and I immediately knew she had no clue what she was doing. She rubbed my back and legs for a few minutes then.... She left the room. Came back in a few minutes later and apologized, then started back rubbing my back, however this time she went under the cloth that was covering me. It was horrible. After a few minutes, she left again. OKKKK. Then she returned after a few minutes and restarted the massage. I felt another presence in the room, looked up and there was the man/owner again. WTH. I asked what was going on and they asked me if I wanted a male masseuse, to which I replied loudly and very annoyed, NO, I was booked for a female masseuse. He left the room and she continued for a few minutes, then .. you guessed it, she left again. Well that was it. I quickly got dressed and as I was exiting the room, she came back in and I told her I was leaving. Both the man/owner and her tried to convince me to stay, apologizing and saying to keep it "confidential". They tried to keep me in this small room outside of the main area and I told them I was leaving in a firm voice and dialed my husband, who luckily was right outside. They followed me outside still begging for me to keep it "confidential". Uhh not a chance! The worst thing is not this horrible experience but that my entire back has been hurting ever since.
