After much research I decided to give Fallen crow my business, specifically Jon Leighton the owner as he specializes in amazing vibrant color. Today I had what I believe to be my 4th session today for my sleeve he is working on. This shop is the nicest, cleanest shop I've ever stepped foot into. All of Jons staff are very professional and kind and simply down to earth people which makes my experience there, every time, that much more enjoyable. I have not gotten a tattoo in over a decade, but when my dog passed away, I knew instantly that I wanted to get his pawprint on me. I searched hard for a water color artist and I stumbled upon John Graefe's work is gorgeous. He was absolutely so kind when I reached out to him and was beyond accommodating with my hectic schedule. When I got to the shop everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the shop was nice and clean. John was so kind and he took the time to tell me that he knows how much I loved the original design I sent him, but he had some other ideas to make sure the piece came out perfect. I ended up shifting my thoughts and going with what he recommended and I could not be happier I listened. He could have easily come in and slapped on the design I sent him, but he took the time to make sure it was going to be perfect because he knew how much this tattoo meant to me. The shop was clean overall and they had me fill out information on the IPad which I felt was good for the shop to take necessary precautions. All artists had their own unique set up and had a decent amount of space from each other. This review is for Haley who did my tattoos today. She is absolutely amazing thank you so much for making my tattoos come to life. Out of the other tattoos I have had done Haley is truly the best artist I have been to. She was responsive on social media, was kind, and willing to book in a way that worked for us both. I truly trusted her to be professional, clean, kind, and overall take care of me during this experience. She was prepared and pre-printed my tattoo concept and we resized it just a tad but it helped us gauge where we needed to be. She let me look at the progress of my tattoos along the way and made sure to be thorough. Afterwards she cleaned me up and even put second skin on me (a protective barrier for the tattoos). I really have to say this was a plus because with previous tattoos I would constantly adjust the wrap and be scared of it falling off. The second skin truly let me continue with my day worry free knowing my fresh work would be protected. I had my appointment yesterday with Haley for my first tattoo. She was on top of it, she drew a picture of exactly what I envisioned. She did an amazing job and was so patient. The tattoo is well detailed, and the color is astonishing. She took her time to find the right colors for the tattoo. It has the perfect shadings, it's well structured. First off Paul was a great guy and did a decent tattoo on my brother. We scheduled out almost two months so we could return and get some work at the same time. Drew was going to work on my brother and Paul on me. So two weeks before our appointment my brother checks in and Drew tells him sorry man I lost my schedule paper. I've got a back piece that day he's had scheduled for a month. There was some back and forth and then he offered for us to come Monday. Now we both work and the appointment was a Saturday at one scheduled two months so both artists would be straight. I personally don't buy the bs about losing the schedule as it involved two artists so the shop should have it on the books. I think the guy just wanted the bigger money piece so he said f it. I intended to have Paul do a $350 piece and touch up some other work for whatever he would've quoted as well as a tip which minimum would have been $100. So in my mind Drew is a selfish dude and whether it was accidental or not definitely unprofessional. Whoever the other customer is definitely falls in line behind us if he only scheduled a month out. I liked the shop. Cool people MOSTLY and a great vibe but a business is a business first and foremost. Your only as good as your weakest link and you gotta stand behind your word. Not even an offer of hey what about Sunday or I'll cut you a break. No come Monday instead of the Saturday you scheduled two months ago. Needless to say, there are a lot of shops around and I've never had to wait that long even when getting Tatts with other people so sorry Paul. I was excited and thought Fallen Crow was the place but I won't be flaked on because your buddy wants to do the bigger money tatt. read more

I've seen John Graefe for both of my tattoos. It was hard to find a day that fit both our schedules but he was very patient and easy to work with. Both my tattoos are small and only linework that he had to trace from pictures I sent him. His lines were so precise with the originals I sent. Jon has done all of my tattoos except for one. He is extremely professional and makes you feel that you are more than just a client. He is extremely clean with his work station and I have not had a single issue with how my tattoos have healed up. Even after 2 years, his tattoos remain vibrant and I'm constantly getting compliments on The detail and colors. The tattoo shop itself is an amazing atmosphere and very welcoming. I highly recommend Jon as well as this shop and the other talented/friendly artists that tattoo here. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in and will even offer to grab you food while you're sitting there getting tatted if they are going out to grab anything. I could spend hours getting tattooed here. The staff are super friendly and clean. That's what I worry about the most with tattoo shops is the cleanliness of the shop and it's equipment. All the artists here take good care of their stations and clients. I was tattooed by Jon Leighton who is also the owner of Fallen Crow. I heard nothing but great things about Jon. It took me a few years to save up but I finally did and decided to start on my sleeves. I wanted a Star Wars Tattoo first. I told him I am more into the Dark Side of Star Wars. I gave him full creativity on whatever he wanted to design and do because I want to make sure this was a piece that he was happy and comfortable tattooing. He showed me the design and I instantly knew it was going to be a great experience. He was veyr gentle and caring through out the two sessions. He gave clear and specific instructions on taking good care of your tattoo afterwards so Mt healing process was indeed smooth and easy. This place is not like a regular shop, the vibe is different. I've been talking to Josh and telling him ideas about a geometric and abstract bear that I wanted, I looked at some online and they didn't look original, just like an average. I thought he was gonna draw something like that but when I came in I was met by the owner who was funny and cool, I saw that he was tattooing some badass Batman tattoo also. The staff is so cool and funny also, they all really care about their quality of work. Josh showed me the tattoo and I was really shocked because this peace was so different. It was amazing and original. While tattooing me, Josh made sure I was comfortable and asked me if I needed breaks because he really does care about his clients and the work he does.
