Been wanting to get my tattoos refreshed. My cousin also wanted to get her tat refreshed too so we decided on this place as they were able to retouch our colored tattoos at a fair price. It was a bit of a drive for me but near my cousin's house. Their communication with us during the appointment scheduling was a breeze. We seen their IG page with numerous of well done detailed fine line tattoos. This shop was very clean. Our artists were the husband and wife duo Shun and Jia. They were both very professional. My artist Shun's hands were very steady and gentle. No aggressive gouging. I am very happy with the outcome of my tattoos. I even like them more than the first time I got them. I would recommend this shop and my next tattoo will definitely be from here.

I stumbled upon his instagram page and showed him a picture of what I wanted and he made it happen with his own style. I was very pleased with how it came out and till this day get complimented on how it looks. It's a Medusa head which I'll post picture below. I wanted a pennywise tattoo so I got in touch with Shun and he recommended his wife do the tattoo because that was more her style while also having a Halloween promotion going on. The tattoo came out great and exactly how I wanted it. The Last tattoo I'll share was one I asked Shun to do was completely altered and made his own way than the picture I showed him. But I can honestly say it's my favorite tattoo and love the idea he came up with. All in all I've been coming to get tattooed by Shun since before he got his own shop. But even tho his new place is over an hour from me I still make the drive out to his shop because I know I'm going to get a good quality piece done for a reasonable price.

I found Shun's page on Instagram and became obsessed. His style background is traditional anime but he has evolved into expertly developing pixel art, as well as embroidered patchwork. There was a special running in March and I knew I had to jump on it. Setting up the appointment was very easy, we scheduled it two weeks out. He asked to push the time back slightly, which was totally okay, can't rush the process. From start to finish, he was very professional and accommodating of my comfort. I was in the chair for a little over 3 hours and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. The level of detail of the stitch-work to the slightly worn texture shows Shun's experience as an artist. There was no funny business when it came to price, what he quoted from the jump was what he stuck to. Overall, every step was a pleasant experience and I can't recommend this studio enough. I'll definitely be following his career to see what styles he tries out next. read more

This is a hidden gem! My partner and I were looking for someone that specialized in fine line and this place is AMAZING!! Our artist, Shun, is not only super skilled but made sure that our request was clear and it's exactly what we wanted! He was so kind, easy going, and I especially liked that he made us comfortable. One of the best tattoo experiences! I decided to go by myself and was a bit nervous. The environment was calm and the staff was supportive; I felt at ease. Shun was amazing and professional!! Came in for the discount tats and as I was looking at the choices they had, was kicked out since we're supposed to wait outside (mind you there's 10 people in front of me who need to be tatted so that's 1hr+ wait). It doesn't make sense to not see what options they had for us especially when their instagrams do not show any examples of what they'd be tattooing. Glad I walked in to look bc none of them were rlly my style if they let me look a lil longer I would've probably seen something I liked. But the fact they kicked me out + were hiding the options made me rethink getting a tattoo w this shop. Imagine waiting hours then walking in to see you wanted absolutely nothing. It made no sense *By kicked out I do not mean turned away from getting tatted but to wait outside of the store. I was not cutting I simply wanted to see the options that were out. I did not touch any of them out of respect, just eyed them. I don't understand why y'all won't let customers even catch a glimpse of what would potentially be available for us. I was ready w $200 to drop on some tats but getting told I couldn't view what was up for grabs discouraged me since I couldn't see if there was anything good* read more

I found Ink Myth tattoo on Tiktok, specifically Shun's embroidery tattoos. These were my very first tattoos (a text one along my upper thigh and a fine line one behind my ear). Shun was very patient and helped me decide on the sizing and placement for the first 40 minutes of my appointment. He was able to complete both pieces within 30 minutes so that I could make it to work, working calmly and well under pressure. Overall, his professionalism, gentleness, and consideration made me feel significantly less anxious. Shun was the biggest reason why my first tattoo experience was so positive! The interior is also very well-maintained and clean; he used a new and sterile razor when prepping for my ear tattoo. Scheduling and pricing were also easy over Instagram; the price remained firm, and my deposit went toward the total. I'd definitely come back for another tattoo and recommend Ink Myth to anyone, especially for more complex tattoo designs. read more

Long Waite time and a lot of stencils that seem just stolen off of Pinterest. which normal would be fine but advertise that. waited an hour and a half just see them. All of the stencils were just in a pile for everyone to touch. some inevitably ended up on the floor and were just put back on the table. we watched as the dirty stencils were taken and put directly onto peoples skin right before they were tattooed. Can't recommend in good faith not risking staph. read more

There's no doubt that her work is beautiful and the first time around, everything was fine. This time however, her communication was AWFUL and passive aggressive. I set the appt and sent a deposit of $100 of which she didn't confirm the receipt of, until 4 days later. Already off to a rough start, as I didn't know if my appt date was locked in because she was taking forever to confirm. Once the appt was confirmed , I took PTO days off from work A MONTH in advance, one day in order to travel 2 hours to her shop and another day to recoup from hours of tattooing . The day of my scheduled appt, I showed up on time, greeted by the other artists and told them I was there for a 12pm appt w Jade. They informed her I was there and then I sat and waited for ONE HOUR in the lobby. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt and was extremely patient, thinking maybe she was finalizing the piece. Not once did she poke her head out and say hi, show me a sketch, reassure me I wasn't wasting my time or anything. Mind you, none of the other artists checked up on me either knowing I was sitting there for an extended period of time. None of them had clients except for one guy. There was 4-5 of them there. Then a girl walked in , idk if it was another artist or Jade's assistant, I have no clue . Asked me if I was helped and asked me to fill out the consents. As I was starting the consents this same girl came out and informed me that Jade had a migraine and would not tattoo me under those conditions. As I'm understanding of the circumstances, I was pissed. I did NOT make a scene and left the shop and emailed her immediately to reschedule or receive some type of compensation for my time. She didn't respond until the next day, but did offer me 2 hours compd for the inconvenience. Great ! Only when I accepted it and tried to reschedule , she did not respond at all. At this point I waited 10 DAYS before deciding to ask for my deposit back. She of course responded promptly to that email. Lol. Returned my deposit to me, then BLOCKED me on social media. Like what?? I was not once aggressive , rude or anything to her. I did express my disappointment in her unprofessionalism and apparently she didn't take the criticism well. I have all the emails to prove so. I believe I was far more patient than maybe other clients might have been. But she was playing with my time and with my money. Again, no doubt her work is beautiful but that does not mean she should have an attitude when someone is paying good money for a service. She says she takes her business seriously but her attitude and handling of this situation says otherwise. Schedule at your own discretion but don't be surprised by her lack of professionalism.

My sister and I came here to get matching tattoos, my first time ever getting a tattoo. The space is very clean and well set up. Our artist, Gia, was not super personable, I assumed because she was just very focused BUT she was nice, she was precise, she made sure the design was exactly what we wanted and ensured the placement was perfect too! She was also fast! I expected it to hurt but it didn't hurt at all. Our tattoos healed very nicely and the quality of the ink is great. I definitely 10/10 recommend!! I finally found tattoo artists in my area that specializes in my favorite style for tats! I came in for their flash event for their grand opening and there were many options to choose from. They were both very nice and accommodating to my friends and I while we waited in line. Jia did my tattoos and they came out amazing!
