I was also able to try a little bit of the Red Curry, Garlic Chicken, and Sweet & Sour Chicken and all were delicious as well. The portions were generous, which was nice. This is a super cool food truck. Run by a husband and wife, they crank out the food really fast. I have to say, I'm not excited about the curry. Maybe I'm picky but it's just a 2 for flavor. But there is a good portion and it is very fresh. I've had the Basil Chicken too and it was just a 2 for flavor as well. I very much like the Pad Thai though! 4 stars for that and their spring rolls. If you want some great curry, go to Thai Palace in Kalispell. It's a weird little dive and on the spendy side but their curry is fabulous! And their Pad Thai is even better! I got the chicken pad thai and it was delicious!!! The veggies were fresh and the noodles had so much flavor. There was so much I have enough for 2 meals. The staff was so friendly and mad me feel real comfortable, I usually have a hard time ordering from food trucks. Even tho we were in a parking lot the area was decorated and they had stand up table and sit down tables, made the area feel very home like. I loved it and will definitely tell everyone I know. Considering the limited choices of asian food around this area. It is nice to see a thai food truck in this town. Unfortunately the quality of the food fell short. The yellow curry was pretty blend (but the rice was cooked well!) . The thai basil chicken (mild spicy) has absolutely no spice and the portion was really small. Side note: I recently got thai tea at another establishment and they got a bottle out of a cooler and poured it in my glass in front of me. Pad Thai: so I have a cold right now that I know affects my taste. However, our lovely lady prepared it spicy for me and it tasted great! The things I loved about it? It had a real homemade sauce. Lots of perfectly cooked noodles. Real chicken and lots of it. It wasn't some canned mix or pouch. Lots of fresh cilantro, sprouts, a wedge of lime and a hearty portion. Sometimes I feel like people are trying to ration the pad Thai. Trying to keep me from living my life. Not the case here! I almost couldn't finish it. Almost. I can't wait to try the tom kai gai!
