The beans tasted like they had too much lard, the enchilada sauce had almost no flavor, the salsa was watery, and I only got a few chips. I was starving, so I ate about 80% of it before I just couldn't stomach any more. I wish I had sent it back. 3. No one took responsibility. This bothered me more than anything else. The cashier blamed the cooks and then said they didn't want to move the food onto a plate. I don't care whose mistake it was. Someone should have apologized and said, "We'll remake your order the way you requested." Please train your employees, bring back the quality food you used to serve, and when a mistake happens, make it right. That's what keeps customers coming back.
