I also didn't get to check out the restrooms, so cannot comment on those. The staff was unenergrtic. But then again, if I was 16 years old working on a Friday night, who knows what my mood would be. They have a lot of flavor options and do allow for samples. The icecream was a great texture, but I was sorta deceived. I ordered the "cherry vanilla" thinking it was gonna have like a cherry sauce of swirl, but it was literally vanilla icecream with maraschino cherries scattered around. I got bday cake as well, and then one was yummy. The cake batter flavor was spot on. We tried the chocolate peanut butter and that one was good too. They were out of pumpkin spice :( which is wild when it's only 7 more months until fall. I will say, the my have some great sales, like if you're a certain height, you get a free small cone. And best of all, if you bring your own banana on on a Thursday, you get half off. I'm a slut for a good deal, so I will be doing this.
