I've been ordering from here for a while and I always have the same complaint. the delivery driver. if you don't tip him more than $5 he will throw the money on the floor. I've made several complaints and they have yet to do something about it. It's not the first time he has done this. He has also thrown my drinks at me for not tipping him more. Falls Pizza is absolutely AMAZING! I wasn't expecting the quality of food, ambiance, and drinks from a local spot in Chicopee. I ordered the Ultimate Burger with Truffle fries and requested it be medium rare. The burger was prepared on a charcoal grill and it was JUICY! 5 stars. I also ordered the Spicy rigatoni... moment of silence for that plate.. it was cooked PERFECTLY. I will be returning just for that pasta. The spicy rigatoni was creamy and flavorful with a little kick to it. I love it. The service was impeccable and the bartender Beyza made amazing drinks; I ordered a French 75 and she blew my mind. The Miami vice was a nice refreshing dessert drink and the smoked old Fashion was so nice! I have never been disappointed here whether it be nachos or pizza or their amazing specials! The restaurant was nicely done and location was perfect and enough parking for anyone to be there. Yet with full service coming into your table was not good enough and waitress was constantly dropping all the dirty plates and forks and cups on the floor instead of stacking it right and bringing it in to the back which would have been much easier. As a Buffalo girl (born and raised), I consider myself to be the expert on pizza and wings. When I visit my family here in Chicopee, I always dread when we order pizza because it is usually undercooked and thoroughly inedible. I was pleasantly surprised when we tried out Falls Pizza today. Our pizza was made in 25 minutes and every part of the order was correctly made. Even better, it was actually pretty good. The pie was tangy and hot. We ordered a party pizza with pepperoni. Lots of aromatic flavors and the pepperoni was a little bit spicy and chewy. The thin crust was a little bit dry, but not bad. We devoured this poor pizza. My aunt also order a sub (or grinder, as you folks call them) and she said it was very good. It looked fresh, despite my rule that I never order subs from a pizza joint. We also got an order of mild wings, which were crispy and had a lots of sauce. The sauce looked a bit watery, but still better than the low-tier wings from Buffalo. I consider that a feat in itself.
