Every time I go here everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I am impressed with the level of service.

Over the past 30+ years I have been taking our dogs to Fallston Vet. they are always friendly, kind and professional. Especially when we have had to put a dog to sleep. They are receptive to our calls, they remind us of regular wellness visits and shots. And they follow up the next day just to check o our pet. All the doctors have been wonderful. Mistreated my dog. Did not handle waiting area properly with large dogs and attacked my dog. Thought this was a great place until my dog was mistreated by a tech. Very upsetting. read more

Dr. Long is so sweet and knowledgeable. She has treated my 3 Bichons for over 10 years. We recently had to put one of our dogs down and she was so kind and compassionate. I recommend Fallston veterinary clinic to anyone with a pet that they love. They will take excellent care of them. read more

Horrible service, this vet has went down hill. I took my parrot there for wings and nails. Dr. Oster knicked my African Greys foot while grooming. Of course the scab was bothering my bird so he has been picking at it. Well it started to bleed and bleed and bleed. Karen at Fallston Vet told me to put cornstarch on it. That didn't work. I had to take him to an emergency vet and incurred more bills due to there mistake. I have left several msgs for the Owners Suzanne Zantop and another lady - still no return phone calls. I am contacting the dept of Agriculture since they are the ones that license vets in the State of Maryland. My bird is in a cast, tiny cage, and can barely move on one foot. He is on pain meds and all. Absolutely HORRIBLE VET!!!!! read more

Finding an avian vet is tough in Baltimore, but gladly we found Fallston and Dr. Oster on a Friday afternoon. Our cockatiel presented some sinus/respiratory symptoms around 4pm, and we had an appointment and were in the door 2 hours later. Dr. Oster was extremely gentle, patient and attentive. While it may be 20+ miles from Hampden in the city, it is well worth the small trip. DO NOT waste your time on Falls Rd. Animal Hospital, Owings Mills Hospitalor the like. We have tried several vets for our 'tiel and our Indian Ringneck. We've found the new vet for our kids. read more

I took my bird Sunny there on June 10, 2015 for grooming. He was seen by Dr Oster. While trimming his nails with a dremmel he knicked his foot. Sunny was messing with it, since it was bothering him and he started to bleed a lot. I called the vet on June 23, 2015 to get advise I was told to put Cornstarch on it (by Karen, who was told by Dr Oster). That didn't work. I then had to find another vet to take him to. I took to Hunt Valley Vet to see Dr. Vivian Ho. She had to place a cast on his foot and gave him pain meds. The cast must remain on for 14 days and he cant get it wet. So, I have to take Sunny with me everyday to work. He must be given water and medicine via syringe. I have left over 10 msgs. for Suzanne Zantop to call me back. She still hasn't called back. I have filed a compliant with the Dept of Agriculture and contacted an attorney. I would NOT recommend this Vet to anyone. Sad to say since I have been a customer there since 2002. But, wow this place is unreal now. Prayers for Sunny!!! read more

My mom kept taking our dog to this place and I never liked the vet. And all they want to do is take your money. Once they tried to upsell us on a treatment our dog didn't need and they admitted the cheaper option was all our dog needed. The last time we went there I told my mom not to go there and she did anyway. Our dog was suffering from coughing and having trouble breathing. We took him there and she didn't know what was wrong even after an x-ray. All she could say there was a fluid build up. And there wasn't anything she could do. And that he is suffering so we should put him down. So that is what we ended up doing. She kept saying how painless it was going to be. And that she was going to use one drug to make him go to la la land. And the second was going to be the one to murder him. So she administered the first drug. And our dog was clearly not in la la land because he was able to comprehend us coming into the room and he tried to walk to my dad but only managed a small crawl. The time she came in for the second drug she insisted our dog was in la la land and wasn't going to feel anything. And when she put the second drug in our dog let out a big cry.
