First time going to EOS. I've had my membership for a while. I know.... Shameful…read more But I finally made it. And I love it. The location is great. And it offers everything I need. The pool is amazing and I can't wait to try it out. They offer many classes for whatever your need is. So you can't go wrong.

I love how cheap the gym membership is here and how large the gym is. There's a ton of equipment…read moreand cardio machines. There's also an indoor lap pool and hot tub which is awesome. I don't think any other gyms around has an indoor lap pool. I don't like swimming outside and having the sun age my skin. What could be better? Well, the gym is very crowded all the time so I feel like it's the hunger games in the weight room and sometimes I don't get to use the machines I want. Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.

I love camp! I've been going for a few years since the pandemic. to be honest, I shouldn't be writing this review. I first came to camp to do yoga with my mom back…read morebefore covid, then came back recently over the past year for their cycling program before it was shut down by their management team. I ended up joining and staying for their pilates and sculpt classes and it was great this past year (hence the additional star) I had met so many fun and great people, until the rebrand. they took away all the fun camp frills and thrills and cute decor which made the place stand out. they hired several new instructors to their programs which I enjoy new talent coming into the community, however, the campground has focused to appeal to clientele that are either influencers, or rich south Tampa people, rather than the general community. they have waiting lists for classes that sometimes become nearly impossible to get off of, you will have to book a week in advance which sucks if you decide to want to drop into a specific class right then and there, there is NO PARKING whatsoever, and the instructors don't take criticism well. plus they do not offer enough class times for those who may be a shift worker and want to come after work later in the night, which made it very hard for me to come. even through the hard time camp is going through right now, it allowed me to meet some really great people and network to become an instructor of my own at another studio in the area. its just there's some better studios in the Tampa area right now that people are going to.

LA Fitness is a high quality gym overall. This location wasn't very crowded for a Friday evening,…read morewhich made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all at perfect temperatures, and there was plenty of space in each one. There's also a large cycling room and mirror room for dancing. I also appreciated the little touches too, like having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in all the showers, and the water in the shower was nice and hot also. It's also great that they offer a "Kids Klub" even though it appears to only be open one day a week based on the posted sign. The fresh fruit smoothies are also a great option particularly for morning workouts and the lockers are spacious and give you the option of bringing your own lock. There were a couple of things that felt a bit off. Fox News was playing in the bathroom, which came across as unprofessional, and one of the benches in the sauna felt unsafe since the wood gave way. I also couldn't locate the weight machines, although I didn't check everywhere so they may have been on another floor. Overall, it was a great gym experience and I look forward to coming back!

This gym could use new equipment, a cleaning crew, rules and wipe stations not just hand sanitizer…read moredispensers. If you have high or even basic standards avoid the S Dale Mabry LA Fitness location. Who cares if you have to drive a little out of the way! Cleanliness needs to be drastically improved and being a Signature club, it's beyond unacceptable. It is not an elevated experience in any way. I was visiting from Winter Park so I just picked the closest location to where I was staying. After I checked in, the front desk woman chased me down and said I had a standard membership and needed to come back to the desk to upgrade the a Signature membership or pay a $10 day pass to use this location. I paid the extra fee but the whole experience was very disappointing. Numerous machines are old and rusty and I attempted to use 3 different elliptical machines before I landed one that worked. The whole place lacked the basic standards like access to multiple wipe stations for to clean off your machines, no cleaning staff to be found and the women's shower area had a pool of muddy water that had accumulated. It lacked the basic etiquette of other gyms for instance, people use the sauna to dry their dirty wet towels! I should have taken pics of the shower area too but I hightailed it out of there! The WiFi is spotty and drops in the sauna and that was the final straw. Time to go! When I was leaving I let her know that for being a "Signature" location and to pay extra for access, the place was sub-par and she asked, "is that good or bad?" I said let me put this politely, it's bad. Very bad. Tomorrow I will try the one farther north or south in the Tampa area and hope for the best!
