They've…read morehelped me with my chronic back, wrist, and shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all day and long nights carrying our newborns. Dr. Gong (acupuncture) and Dr. Zee (chiropractic care) both treated me, and are extremely knowledgeable in their craft, taking the time to explain the cause of my issues and working with me on a treatment plan. Insurance covered most of the services, and I've experienced significant improvements since coming here having been able to avoid medication and potential surgery. I've tried the massage, cupping, and gua sha as well and were great for relieving tension and improving circulation. I've recommended Walnut Natural Health to my family and friends, and will continue coming here for preventative treatment.

I was looking for cures everywhere until I found Walnut Natural Health Center in 2019. Dr Gong gave me four acupuncture sessions and the swelling started to shrink. It went away completely after three months and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I now see Dr Gong weekly for my back issue and regular maintenance. Dr Gong is professional and courteous. She is willing to listen and can always find the right treatment plan. The office is clean and quiet. I highly recommend her and this health center!

Yay, victory!! We booked a 1-hour couples Thai massage with Mona and Bee, and once the massage started, all that parking nuisance disappeared. I asked Mona to attack the stubborn knots in my traps, and wow... she ironed those things out really well!!!! It wasn't exactly gentle, but that's how I like it!! By the end, I felt loose, relaxed, and about 10 pounds lighter from all the tension. Yes, they do step on you, but only after asking first, so don't panic!! Afterward, they served hot tea and rice crackers, which was the perfect little cooldown. And please, tip your massage therapist well!! They work hard, and making people forget life's chaos for an hour deserves some love!!! A few things I'd do differently next time: * They provide shared shorts and an open-back tank top. My microbiology brain couldn't stop thinking about it, so I'm bringing my own clothes next visit. * Hubby had a reaction to the massage oil/balm. Whether it was the product itself or possible cross-contamination, we'll just bring our own balm next time to play it safe. * No hot stones. Not a dealbreaker, but it would've been a nice bonus. For just $55 for a full hour of Thai massage, it's honestly hard to complain. Our regular spot in San Diego costs quite a bit more. Despite my little gripes, the massage itself was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back, this time armed with our OWN boxer shorts and massage balm!!!

I received this Groupon as a gift for my friend. I called to redeem it and the girl working who, I…read morecan only assume is the manager or the owner. She told me that this Groupon was from the owner in the past and not by them so it was a really confusing situation because she still redeemed it, but didn't want too at the same time. When I asked her what the Groupon entail because I didn't wanna pay anything more or anything less than what I was given and she told me it was just a 90 minute standard massage. The massage wasn't good and it wasn't great however I will say that when I woke up the next morning, my back was aching from being so sore so I'm not too sure what happened there In any case after the massage I was planning to tip the masseuse $10. She then put this bright blue paper in my face that basically said "thank you for your generosity. Here is a suggested tip for 90 minutes was a $35 tip." However, I don't think for my experience $35 could have been justified for at least the first 30-45 minutes she was massaging me with a sheet over my body so it was kind of rough and not the most relaxing thing in the world. When people would walk in the masseuse would leave the room and go attend to them so why would I justify $35 to you? She kept trying to argue with me. That 90 minutes was too much time and that I needed to tip her more but tipping culture has just got out of control because why do you think that you deserve $35 or why do you believe that I have $35 to give you? I'm just glad this was a gift because I definitely would not go back there again. They have like three or four different businesses running out of there, and when I walked in, my masseuse was actually sewing something such a weird atmosphere.
