Ask the Community - Premier Wellness Center

On your reviews there's pictures of a patient who was dealing with baldness, what is this treatment called l that you performed?

Thank you for your inquiry. The hair loss treatment is by using the herbal shampoo and the herbal tonic we use. It's really effective on a lot of patients and myself. I use it every day. If you are interested of tying it, please give us a call.…

4 weeks later, I was not only feeling better and did not miss work due to pain, I no longer had to take any pain medication at all.

Tina the owner always makes the time for us whenever we call in. One thing I really appreciate is that they always ask if the pressure is okay and if there are any areas that need extra attention before they start. They also check in during the massage to make sure you're still comfortable, which shows they actually care about giving you a great experience instead of just rushing through it. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the therapists are consistently amazing. It's hard to find a massage place that's this consistent over the years, which is why I keep coming back. In addition they always offer us tea or water at the end. If you're in the Walnut area and looking for a great massage, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try. I've been a customer for years, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I also wasn't offered back walking despite the setup for it, and there was no tiger balm and only a few minutes of hot stones. Overall, the experience felt a bit impersonal and like I was assigned whoever was available rather than really being taken care of. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and don't think I'll be returning.

Yay, victory!! We booked a 1-hour couples Thai massage with Mona and Bee, and once the massage started, all that parking nuisance disappeared. I asked Mona to attack the stubborn knots in my traps, and wow... she ironed those things out really well!!!! It wasn't exactly gentle, but that's how I like it!! By the end, I felt loose, relaxed, and about 10 pounds lighter from all the tension. Yes, they do step on you, but only after asking first, so don't panic!! Afterward, they served hot tea and rice crackers, which was the perfect little cooldown. And please, tip your massage therapist well!! They work hard, and making people forget life's chaos for an hour deserves some love!!! A few things I'd do differently next time: * They provide shared shorts and an open-back tank top. My microbiology brain couldn't stop thinking about it, so I'm bringing my own clothes next visit. * Hubby had a reaction to the massage oil/balm. Whether it was the product itself or possible cross-contamination, we'll just bring our own balm next time to play it safe. * No hot stones. Not a dealbreaker, but it would've been a nice bonus. For just $55 for a full hour of Thai massage, it's honestly hard to complain. Our regular spot in San Diego costs quite a bit more. Despite my little gripes, the massage itself was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back, this time armed with our OWN boxer shorts and massage balm!!!

Parking is easy and located in the small lot to the rear of their stand alone building with easy entry. Their breadth of offerings for well being is truly something and everyone seems to really be there because they are committed to wellness. The entire massage was incredibly relaxing and Lori created opportunities to give real time feedback without feeling like I had to keep up conversation. She let me know what she worked on, what she found, and recommendations for the future. I have scheduled another massage and I cannot wait to experience the other treatments Lotus has to offer in the near future.

The door was locked and there were no cars in the lot, which made me nervous, but I was early so I just rang the Ring doorbell. No one answered. I peeked inside and it looked closed (only lights I could see were the ones around the giant lobby mirror), but there was a sign saying everyone was with customers, so I didn't panic. 5:10 - still no response when I rang the bell, so I tried calling the number. I got a voicemail. 5:15 - called again, still voicemail, then I rang the doorbell like ten times, but still nothing. (It's a Ring bell--shouldn't someone be able to see that there's a customer at the door?) I waited until 5:20, but at this point, I was boiling hot because it was 85 degrees and they have no shade anywhere in their parking lot. I was worried I'd get a sunburn. I was also pretty upset by this point, as I had a feeling they'd forgotten about my appointment. I ended up making an appointment with a different spa down the street (shout-out to Harmony Massage & Spa for taking me on such short notice and helping get all those knots out, I highly recommend them!), and while I was in that appointment, Aracieli from Lotus called and said "I apologize, I had a mix-up with the time." In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me. Not to mention, I received THREE reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to it. I guess they don't receive the same reminders that their customers do? I can't speak for the quality of service, as I received none, but if you book with these people, I HIGHLY recommend calling at least 1-2 days before your appointment and confirming with an actual person that someone will be there, because if you check their reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to.
