Dr. Gong (acupuncture) and Dr. Zee (chiropractic care) both treated me, and are extremely knowledgeable in their craft, taking the time to explain the cause of my issues and working with me on a treatment plan. Insurance covered most of the services, and I've experienced significant improvements since coming here having been able to avoid medication and potential surgery. I've tried the massage, cupping, and gua sha as well and were great for relieving tension and improving circulation. I arrived at 8:15am since most clinics required us to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. Waited till 8:30am no one there. Later to find out they open at 9:00am. If you open at 9:00am, why give 8:30am appointment and expect us to be there on time. -Before making the appointment I gave my insurance information for them to verify if they take my insurance or not. They called me back stating that my insurance ok and no copay nor doctor referral needed. That even shows on the reminder they send the day before the appointment. When I arrived at my appointment, they expect me to pay $80 stating they don't accept my insurance. Way to cheat on your patient... pathetic. So, if you don't mind wasting your time and being cheated, then go ahead if not, stay away from this place.

He's the only chiropractor who adjusts so deeply which provides an incredible result. I myself has an on and off lower back issue for the past 10 years. I recently twisted my lower back from a sport. Through various recommendation of Dr. Tseng from friends, I finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Tseng and I should've came see him earlier. Pros: 1. Making the appointment is very simple. You can call them first, then front desk will direct you to text their office number to schedule an appointment and provide insurance card if you have it. You can also text them any questions, and they'll answer you right away. They'll verify it with insurance company immediately and let you know the copay and if there's any additional treatment (gua sha, stretching table, acupuncture, or massage) that requires cash pay. 2. Upon arrival to the office, there's minimal wait. The front desk is very efficient, professional, and friendly. 3. Dr. Tseng knows his stuffs. He will perform the chiro adjustments to your pain point. His treatment is so deep that you can feel that he treats the right on spot. I have lower back pain and it was pretty much 90% recovered in two treatments. He's also very friendly! The doctor was nice and friendly. She asked me a lot of questions and focused in on the areas I was struggling with. Before she started straight to adjustments, she recommended I use electro therapy and a heat pack to warm/loosen up the area before she made any adjustments. During my adjustments she was checking in with me to make sure everything was good. She was very reassuring and kind. As with most chiropractors, she was also freakishly strong and was able to adjust me with what appeared to be very little effort. I never once felt uncomfortable in the office. She shared some local spots on Oahu I haven't checked out yet so added those to my yelp collection. I haven't been to other chiros in the area but the prices were a bit on the high side compared to back home. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Mostly, Dr. Chung listened and her physical examination showed she wanted to resolve my issue, not just send me through protocol. After the adjustment, she examined more of my movements to see what else has happened and what I should be doing and broke it down for me. Really appreciated.
