Decent price, but unbelievably bad service …read more.. The one reason to go to this place is because they're relatively inexpensive I paid $82.21 for an oil change on my 2009 Toyota Sienna. That price includes synthetic oil and filter. Now for the bad: * Did not check my oil level before emptying the oil. Was I a quart low? I'll never know because they didn't even bother checking. This is a service I've come to experience at EVERY other oil changing place I've ever been to. * Did not t check any other fluid levels - They also didn't bother checking my washer fluid level, my transmission fluid level, etc. Again .. something EVERY other place I've ever gone to. * Did not check tire pressures - again something EVERY other place I've gone to does without asking. * Didn't check my air filter - see a pattern here? Again .. something EVERY other place I've gone to does. Soooo .. if you just want your oil changed, this place will do it cheap. But if you're expecting ANY other service, make sure you expressly ASK for it. Because they sure aren't going to do it on their own.

We took my husband's truck for an alignment and a variety of other services totaling over $1700. Within 500 miles, he had to buy new front end tires (another $600) due to the miscalculation of the alignment. We just bought these tires brand new on March 30th of this year. He also had to pay a different shop to do another, proper alignment, and we've had no issues with the truck since. When he called to tell Turner Tire about it, the woman who answered was very nice and told him to bring the truck in along with the paperwork from the shop that did the second alignment. He did that today and again, she was very nice. However, a man came out to speak with him and basically said too bad. It's the other shop's word against his and he won't do anything about it. So don't go here unless you like wasting money on services and want to buy new tires right after having an alignment. $700 down the drain is an expensive lesson for average people like us.

However, I ended up getting jerked around and ignored. I took the car in and the intended repair was not needed according to them. The parts had been ordered and I was told they would be held just in case the problem came back - which it did. Took the car back and they confirmed the initial diagnosis but now they didn't want to do the repair after having given me a quote for the job and retaining the parts. First, I was told it would take weeks before they could get to it - and, then they took it upon themselves to get a quote for the job at a different shop - one I was not familiar with. I told them I would like them to do the work because I trusted them. Then they decided they would have to re-price the parts and re-evaluate the quote! They would get back to me for an appointment. Didn't happen. Because of this ill treatment, I would never recommend them to a future victim. Good news is - I took the car out of town, got the repair done at a cost less than what he had quoted. So much for shopping locally with small business owners!!
