absolutely terrible I had an appointment today at 11:30 AM. I was taken back around 1145. They started x-rays and then shortly after a woman comes in and just tells me to open my mouth. She doesn't tell me who she is or what exactly she's doing after she tells me that she's going to do a cleaning. She tells me that the dentist will be in with me soon. I spent almost an hour waiting to be seen until I finally decided to get up and leave since no one was updating me on how much longer it would be until I was seen by the actual dentist. There is zero communication and professionalism in this establishment. I even told the front desk that I was leaving due to waiting for over an hour in the back and she rolled her eyes so I just decided to walk out. read more

I got to my appointment to get fillings done at 11:29 AM, my appointment was at 11:30 AM. I did not get to the back until 12:47 PM. The dentist and assistant did the left side of my mouth. When they finished, the dentist checked my bite down. My teeth on the right side of my face were no longer touching when I bit down. She buffed out the fillings more. Checked my bite down again, still not correct. This process continues for at least 30 min after I had already been in the chair for an hour. She continues, and it improves slightly but I'm still not able to properly chew like I could before. The dentist buffed some more and even though I let her know, it still doesn't feel correct, she says if she does anymore the filling will come out. Afterward, I was told I would need to come back in again for the other side. I told them I was moving (out of state) before this appointment and needed an appointment quicker than their first option. They never told me I would need two appointments. When I got home, my boyfriend asked to see (he has never had fillings and didn't know what they looked like). He instantly saw it, and said it looked like paper or something on my tooth. When I looked in the mirror, I saw how noticeable it was. It looks like a glob of paste on my tooth. My bite down is not correct: my top and bottom teeth don't fully touch on the right side. Although I want them to fix it, I have doubts on going back. Also, I got sick two days after my first cleaning with them, I've been coughing and sneezing out yellow mucus for 5 days straight. P.S. I was told I have 11 cavities at my initial cleaning here, which honestly didn't sound correct. My dental care could be better but that didn't match up with my last dental appointment some years ago. read more

Run The female dentist tried for 2 hours to extract a tooth, then sent me to er, but refused to give me any paperwork for er. I went to the hospitals dental school instead. The dental Dr at the hospital dental school couldn't figure out why she was even in there. Couldn't find any cracked/fractured teeth. He tried calling 3 times, and no one would speak to him. By 7 pm, I was in the actual er. I'm now on antibiotics for sepsis and looking for a lawyer. read more

This place hasn't been reviewed since 2018, but I'm honestly amazed it's still in business. Looks like they've always had an issue with unprofessional desk staff, and that's currently my main complaint. Not only is it difficult to get anyone on the phone, their voice mailbox is constantly full, so you can't leave a message...and there's no email address. The rare times I can get someone on the phone, the receptionists are always very rude and distracted, doing the bare minimum to help out; my one in-person visit wasn't much different. I'm so glad I'm going to another practice, though it's going to be like pulling teeth (har, har) to get my x-rays sent to the next practice. read more

This this dentist office is Beyond unprofessional !!!! First off they tried to over charge me for dental work by a few hundred dollars a few months back. Then finally when I couldn't take the tooth pain anymore someone at the front desk told me that I could come in to get serviced so I CALLED OFF WORK to come in and they had me sitting in the back office chair for two hours. Multiple people walked by and said nothing to me. Then when the dentist came by he looked at my mouth for 2 seconds and prescribed some ibuprofen not to mention he didn't fill out the prescription correctly so that delayed me getting my meds. They made me wait an additional week for services then 2 hours before my appointment they called and cancelled. If I could give this office 0 stars and have their licenses taken away I would because they have put me through the ringer. It shouldn't be this difficult to have a dental procedure done. DONT GO HERE Unless you wanna wait 3 weeks to a month with unbearable tooth pain only for them to cancel on you 2 hours before the appointment. read more

My appt was at 12PM, I didn't make it to the back until 3PM. I would've left but my whole face was in pain. When I got in the office, no one told me to sign in or asked if I was a new or returning patient so that I could complete new patient paperwork. The sign in chart says to write your number and they'll call when they're ready for your appt. I went outside and waited in my car for about 30 mins and decided to go back inside after not receiving a call. 3 hours went by and patients who arrived after me were getting called back before me. After asking the receptionist why I hadn't been called yet, she informed me that the physician who would be working on me was not ready yet. Once I finally got to the back, I waited another 40 mins before they came to work on my mouth. The dentist let me pick what I wanted to get done and extracted my tooth. After the extraction, he sewed my gum and put salty gauze on my extraction site and told me to take ibuprofen. I've never had an extraction before so I'm not familiar with the process. I didn't receive any after care notes or instructions on how to take care of my mouth post op. I'm sure they could see by my teeth that I smoke and didn't even tell me not to do that. What kind of doctor or medical practice doesn't give after care notes. I've been googling how to care for my extraction and trying not to cry thinking I may have dry socket which is worse than a dead tooth. Overall the experience was horrible and if I would've known it would've been like that I would've left the tooth in my mouth. Feel like I'm in more pain now than before the tooth was extracted. I will not be returning and would like to know who owns this establishment. Thank you for scheduling me an appointment for the same week, but look what it's costing me. I almost wasn't going to leave this review, but then I noticed the review from "Bri C" who left a 5 star stellar review and I'm pretty sure she works here. I scheduled a first time appointment for 3:00pm on a weekday. I arrived at 2:40pm even though I wasn't told to come early, but I assumed I'd need to fill out paperwork. I was given the paperwork, but not told to sign-in on the clipboard. Again, this is my first time here, how am I supposed to know the routine? Anywho, 3:00pm rolls around and another woman at the counter says "are you Alison? You didn't sign in." So I sign in. I'm not taken back until 3:30pm. No apology, no "sorry for your wait". A male technician takes 18 of the most painful x-rays I've ever experienced in my life. Dr. Patel comes in, pokes around in my mouth, and without saying anything else, asks me if I "want silver or white fillings because insurance will pay more for silver". Can you at least tell me where I would need them first? She then tells me that the technician is going to set up for the cleaning, and leaves me laying back on the chair. After 10 minutes I sit up and wait another 10 minutes. I can literally hear Dr. Patel working on another patient who had a later appointment than me. Not to mention the other patient was having a follow-up visit because whatever Dr. Patel had done to her last time wasn't working. At this point I'm just annoyed and ready to walk out before my cleaning. I wish I had, because full speed ahead to the worst cleaning experience I've ever had. The power tool Dr. Patel uses is EXTREMELY PAINFUL....and I've never been sensitive to anything a dentist has done before. Meanwhile, water is spraying all over my face and into my hair. Such a mess. I literally had to stop what was happening and tell Dr. Patel and the technician to bring it down a notch......which they didn't. I was given a slip to schedule some fillings. The woman at the front desk on my way out asked me for it, but I told her I wasn't comfortable coming here anymore. As I turned to leave, the office manager asked me what was wrong, and I explained the horrible nightmare I had just experienced.
