They always employee the nicest of their employees back there besides the older tall black gentalmen with glasses that use to walk the store and knew everything. Haven't seen him in years but I digress. She was very knowledgeable about the services back there and the products and prices. Most of all I commend AJ for her patience. Over the phone she provided kind curtious care as if I were in person and for that she needs applauding. How easy would it have been for her to be dismissive and or rude but I got the exact opposite. Attempted to return few items purchased from previous day. Put credit card in credit card machine,…read moreseveral times she told me it's not the card I used. I expressed to it's the only card I have and use. I'm showing you a digital receipt. Anniha kept telling me I didn't use that card or purchase from that store. I expressed that the gentleman behind the counter is the person that helped me to get someone to get someone to dressing room to unlock. She flat out said " I don't care who you say helped you", and we're moving on from the card and receipt I will give you credit on a store card. I finally found paper receipt in my purse and told her I have my receipt as she's handling me the store card with credit. I explained I want it put on my credit card I put with as shown on my paper and digital receipt. With an attitude as nasty as can be she said "I said we've moved on from that. I said no I gave a paper and digital receipt with the tags for these items and the credit all go back on my card. She didn't like it and eventually did put on my card with a great deal of attitude. This store is not worth going to, id rather spend a little more at Target!!

While there are a few other nationwide stores (Bath and Body Works, Foot Locker, Hibbet Sports, etc), many are local stores. Many stores closed due to the economic impacts, however, so there is little variety. However, you will be able to meet most needs. The lack of variety means that it takes little time to explore the entire mall, should you be on a time limit. There is a movie theater associated with the mall. It is some distance away however but is a great source of entertainment. It is handicap-accessible for the most part. There is no specified formal area within the mall itself to rent wheelchairs, though JCPenney will rent them to shoppers (this store also has an automatic door if pushing a wheelchair through. Some smaller shops may present difficulty maneuvering. One note is that there is one eatery, a small Chinese establishment which has decent food. If you don't like Chinese, you will need to leave the mall and travel to a nearby restaurant. Overall, a decent experience for the area. Should you want a better variety, you may want to make a trip to a larger town.
