Yet, when I arrived at the store less than 15 minutes later, I found not just one, but three separate sections displaying scarecrows--including one positioned directly next to the cash registers. This level of misinformation is unacceptable. Providing inaccurate information to customers over the phone wastes valuable time and erodes trust in your staff and your store. I expect immediate attention to this issue and improved accuracy moving forward.
