He has a hawk-eye view from up there and is able to watch everyones move from customers, to employees, to maybe even an ant on the floor. I don't know whether to feel safe or intimidated at times. Parking can sometimes be a hassle but you're always guaranteed to find a spot even if you have to park a bit further in the plaza which is not too bad.
