The store is disorganized. The aisle signs are completely wrong so you have no idea where anything is at.

I came shopping at this location since it is about 3.5 miles from where I live (I usually stick to the one nearest me on 7th St or on occasion the Lakewood and Spring St stores) and wanted to see what different items they had than the other locations I frequent. Store aisles appeared clean and uncluttered, clean floors and appeared to have a great wine selection. Typically since each store is individually owned the prices will fluctuate and the pricing here was pretty consistent with the other ones I shop at (except 7th St., they are the highest). Cashier was great and very friendly. He was the only one on duty as I saw no other employees running the registers but luckily it was not very busy. I'll probably make my way to shop at this location more often. The only con is it is located in a sketchy area but is safer during the daytime than late evening/night. read more

The latest Long Beach Grocery Outlet is open and ready for business. This is the fourth Long Beach location in an area that will probably appreciate a discount grocer. At the corner of Long Beach Blvd and Willow, it's close to the 405 and Blue Line and not far from downtown. Like other GO locations, this may not be the place to do your regular grocery shopping, but it's worth stopping in to see if you can find something fun, new, or on sale. Items tend to have shorter expiration dates, so keep a close eye on those, especially if the item is super cheap or you don't plan on using it immediately. Vegan review- compared to other GOs, this one had a very limited vegan cheese section but a decent frozen section. They also did a good job of keeping mostly vegan items together, unlike some other locations that put things that don't make sense next to esch other. The NOSH section had some fun new products, don't skip this aisle! A couple extra tips: -The "compare" prices they list often seem higher than I would expect, so it helps to know what prices really are like before thinking you are getting an amazing discount. -Sign up for their emails to get sale notifications and occasional coupons. read more

When this first opened, they were pretty good. Not saying they're great, but just saying they had a lot more options than they do now. For someone who is dairy free and gluten-free, they used to have a lot of choices and now the last four times that I went there to go shopping, they didn't have a darn thing that I needed. I will not be shopping here anymore Because the store is pretty crappy in terms of having availability of dairy free and gluten-free product products. read more

I have had a few problems with being harassed about stealing wipes that I brought in by the cashier with colored hair. I do not recall her name but she has colored hair and she is a cashier during the night. She was also the one that did not discount or return the money for an item that I purchased that tasted stale. I do not appreciate that every issue I encounter is when she is a cashier. I used to come here on a regular basis but after the treatment I have received I will probably not come to this grocery outlet anymore. I have tried two times to fix this issue about getting my money back but it seems like the mangers do not know how to do their job. I will probably tell others to avoid this grocery outlet because they do not honor their return policy. read more

I love the store but the customer service cashiers are terrible. The greeters amazing always esp the Samoan man and woman. Excellent however the girl with the colored hair has terrible service. She doesn't say hello, she immediately just asks if you want a bag. She doesn't seem like she wants to work there at all. Dont even bother to try to engage in small talk she'll just ignore you. I was a cashier for 5 years and her behavior is unacceptable. Half the time most of the cashiers are talking to eachother when you put your items on the belt. They rarely say hello. Please do something about this if she doesn't want to work there she shouldn't read more

Grocery outlet located here in located in Long Beach on Long Beach Blvd. in Willow this new grocery outlet is open has a lot of stuff but it still looks like they're putting more supplies in Bing that it's located here and the old the old location on Long Beach Blvd. it has plenty of parking plenty deals so it's pretty good and it's awesome check them out and get all the good stuff brand new items items are pretty good on sale if you never been to a grocery outlet this is pretty good to go to right now everything's fairly fresh check them out read more

Good random stuff..went back in to see if they could give a discount off a coupon I forgot to use "adjust it " they said No. First off they trick u by signing up with this coupon..once you open it you have to spend over 25 to get the 3 bucks. Yeah, will never come to this location ever again, not unless I want to be profiled and stereotyped. I came in 8am to do some early shopping and went to check out around 9. I asked the cashier where to tap on the machine and his response "I don't think EBT has tap." While there is nothing wrong with EBT or getting assistance if needed, why even assume I'm paying with or that I have EBT. I was a bit shook and just said Im using a debit card. (mind you my debit card is extremely colorful, and does not resemble a EBT card besides the standard rectangle shape) The rest of the transaction was a bit awkward. About 10-15 minutes later I went back inside and asked a different staff member for a manager, and he responded that he was one of the managers. I explained the situation and was met with the most condescending response. I asked for a corporate number and was told that this location was family owned and that the cashier that rang me up was an owner. Ive lived in Long Beach all of my life and while I've had unpleasant experiences this may take the cake. I've never felt so disrespected at a business. I am a hard working resident and I will take my business elsewhere where I am respected! I do not want to continue shopping where my hard earned dollars are not appreciated and I will be stereotyped especially by an owner. read more

A month ago, I gave this store a 4 star review, but since then my EBT card was compromised there. Left 0 balance, and it will be 7-10 days before receiving another card. This was the store I used it, so stay alert. Check your cards after shopping there. That was my last trip to the store and I'll be using the new feature to block the card when I'm not using it. read more

Nice store,clean and tidy. Good workers rhw only reason i rayed it so low is because my 70+ grandmother had to ue the bathroom. There bathroom was oyt of order but threr was a crew bathroom that had a pin. Do,knowing my grandfather could embarrass herself by peeing on herself I asked for the pin. They refused to give ot to her and she ened up peeing on the floor.They apologized and come to find out it was working the door just dod not lock. Great store #0514, and staff at the Willow location in Long Beach CA. Except for cashier #118 Michelle S. she rolled her eyes back at me when I paid with EBT. And when I asked for bags for me groceries, she just throw them down and told me to bag them myself! How rude and unprofessional is that?! Why does she think she's better than me?! my grandparents always come here to shop. Today, they let me know that while shopping, my grandma had to use the restroom. She asked three different employees and all of which said that the bathroom was out of service. My grandparents had a cart full of food they were about to buy and literally had to leave without purchasing anything to rush my grandma to the nearest restroom. Y'all should just close if your restroom isn't available to paying customers?? Let alone ELDERLY paying customers? You're really weird for versing your employees to all say the exact same thing with no context. read more
