And dozens of suitcases of all colors! If you need luggage you will love the variety here. I'm working in the area this week and happened to see this store which is near my hotel. The furniture is very nice and extremely reasonably priced. I found a couple of couches that I would have considered purchasing IF I wasn't 3 hours from home and IF I was driving a truck. There were men's Land's End shoes for $5 a pair. A great deal! In fact everything I saw was a very good deal. I've never seen a store like this before. A fun place to shop! If I lived nearer I would stop in frequently! We definitely don't have a store like this in Carmel where I live. I'll add that everything was well organized and prices were clearly marked. This store is very clean and tidy. I'll definitely stop in whenever I am working in this area.

Last Chance Overstock sells the things that didn't sell at other stores. It's the Island of Misfit Merchandise, if you will. (Will you?) My children had a fun time sitting in all of the chairs and couches around the store. A big portion of the store is dedicated to furniture, and the store-people are 100% OK with you and your children sitting on every couch and lying on every bed. My kids wanted to find the most comfortable couch, and they chose the one with plush corduroy that had cup holders and a USB plug. They wanted to buy it, but we live many miles away, and also, there is no way I'm inviting a couch with cupholders and a USB plug into my home. Get bent, kids. You need to look at the products carefully, because some of the things are a little worse for the wear. But for the most part, most of the items I saw at Last Chance looked perfectly fine. I wouldn't come here to find something specific, because inventory changes frequently, but this is a good place to browse and find a treasure.

The only downside to Etc... is that there isn't a changing room, so you have to take a chance and hope that your $4.99 clothing item actually fits you. I put back several things because I wasn't able to try them on, and my rampant body dysmorphia was telling me I probably would not fit into that petite extra-small blouse, even though it was very cute and looked like it might fit. Oh well. My children did find a handful of Wii games for $1 each, though, and they were super excited. This is a good thrift store to give kids a few dollars and let them go wild. They'll find something, for sure. The proceeds for Etc... goes to a local Christian school. They sell mostly clothing, which take up the entire right side of the store. The store seems to be divided in a few different areas. One area is a thrift store area and there are other areas that are consignment areas. The prices were very reasonable in comparison to many of the vintage/antique stores in general. I live about an hour away from here but I will come back to see what new stuff they have! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. If you are looking for vintage gems at reasonable prices, they are definitely worth checking out.

My girlfriend and I asked if she can take it off so we could get a different one for cheaper. She had such an attitude and said she can't void it because she ran out of daily voids. She said her manager can come in 10 minutes to take it off. Then, she's like if you want you can get candy that equals the 7 dollars. So I start to walk and I'm trying to see what candy I want since we got like 4 minutes. Then I hear her yell "hurry up buddy" and told my girlfriend "at this rate I might as well wait for my boss to get back." She was a a white girl with black hair and tattoos. She has a bad attitude and didn't mad us feel comfortable for someone that works customer service

I don't like the fact of every single time I come here they always argue in front of the customers. That is the main reason I try to go to a different location. Today the cashier was very backed up with my very large purchase so she asked the other service member named shavonne or something along those lines if she could please come to the register for help. Then called again about 3 minutes later for customer assistance. She casually strolls up and starts arguing right in front of about 10 customers waiting in line. My cashier laughed it off and just asked if she could just please help the customers waiting in the other line. The other lady then proceeded to tell the other patrons how disgruntled she was to be worked so hard as to there only being the two of them there. As I have said many times before, there are plenty of people who would be extremely happy to just have a job. She should be grateful to do what it is she was paid to do. I really love the store but it would be nice to deal with a little less drama. I will recommend for the products and prices and part of the customer service, but I hope they get some more or new help. When I went back in the other lady was nice to me and it seemed as if they get along but it is very unprofessional and puts the customers in an uncomfortable position when we have to hear how bad your job is and your irritations because believe me, you wouldn't want to hear me complain if you were my patient.
