Their jewelry is one-of-a-kind in a contemporary/classic way. The staff is extremely pleasant, and the merchandise is delightful. I'm particularly fond of the earrings on display here. The clothes on display are quite appealing too. I went to Enzee last week because I had a wardrobe emergency. Thankfully, they had exactly what I needed, as well as a plethora of other fantastic items! Over the last few years, I've acquired my favorite pair of chandelier earrings, as well as a slew of other trendy earrings and some cute clothing. I HAVE to get my kids' uniform stuff here, so I'm stuck. The uniform clothes are made of some icky polyester blend instead of cotton. The sizing of the clothes makes no sense as my 8 year old is now wearing a size 12 in their stuff and a 8 in all other clothes. I have come in here looking for a specific size only to find that they don't have it. When I ask if they will be getting in it, I've been told to leave my phone number and they will call me when it comes in. Well, I'm still waiting for a call for those shorts I wanted last fall. They do have some unique stuff if you are looking for a gift for a teenager - jewelry, slippers, lots of stuff with Wheaton North and Wheaton Warrenville South on it. So if you have plenty of time, you should shop for that stuff here. Otherwise, see if you can get your uniform stuff at another store or better yet from Lands End. If you are doomed to the uniform experience, make sure you bring a book or something else to kill the time you waste standing around waiting for help.

You are allowed to pick only 3 to try on in one hour ,once you get assigned a fitting room (and then wait in that line)If you are lucky enough to have someone with you, they can return 1 or 2 of the 3 dresses after you try them on, and go pick another 1 or 2 for you to try, but the staff scans each dress you try and each dress you return to ensure each person will have no more than 3 dresses in their possession at any time. There is a man on an actual hoverboard returning all the dresses to the racks as fast as possible. So as the mom, I spent an hour running from the floor to the dressing room carrying dresses for her to try, 1 at a time. She had taken pictures of other ones she liked but that wasn't helpful since the inventory is literally like a revolving belt between the 30-40(ish) dressing rooms and the rack. And when they say you get 1 hour, they mean it. They come by telling you when you have 7 mins left, 4 mins left, etc. We had a dress selected to purchase, but asked for 3-4 more minutes to just try the exact same dress one size smaller and were told no, we'd have to re-register and start the wait again. Their business model is clever-create a sense of urgency to choose one dress to purchase because of a time limit and the availability of inventory constantly rotating in and out of other people's dressing rooms. They create FOMO. Also, because they create a sense of urgency, the girls are not carefully putting these dresses on. We encountered several with snags, broken zippers, missing ribbons to lace up, etc. Their prices were what you'd expect, $300-$400 range but are not designer quality. They are a well oiled machine, but too much so if they can't allow a 3 minute extension. If you don't like going to Cheesecake Factory because their food menu is a million pages long, overpriced, and mediocre, then you won't like this place. We ended up walking away without a dress, and won't be going back.

I needed a dress for an engagement and my friend recommended this shop. At first, I thought I…read morewasn't going to find anything because it looked small and I thought to myself it's not going to have many selections. I'm glad I did go in, it was small, but beautiful, clean and well organized. The sales associate Rawan, was very helpful in helping me find a dress that fit my body type and made me feel good about my curves. I did have my daughter with me and luckily they had a small section with toys for my daughter I was able to keep an eye on her while trying on my outfits. I'm glad I gave this cute shop a chance and now I recommend it to my friends and family!
