Had not been delivered by 8 pm so I called. "Out for delivery" means "we have prepared the label for USPS pickup which will be tomorrow and maybe your prescription will be at your home in two to three days." My package was sent to another town's post office (1), to big city distribution center (2), back to 1 back to my town's post office, back to 1, back to 2, back to 1 and, finally and for the third time, back to my town's post office. Delivery was 11 days after order for next day delivery had been placed. The only problem I've ever had with this pharmacy, but folks who use it need to know it's better to put on your walking shoes and go yourself - you'll get your medicine 10 days sooner.

We arrived at the drive-thru recently to pick up a prescription for our daughter, and we were greeted by Valerie. Since it's that time of year when medical plans roll over, she initially thought that the script wasn't covered. We let her know that it was in fact covered, and she very politely asked us to hold tight while she did some research. Long story short, she handled everything, and we drove away with a prescription that was covered by insurance. Insurance companies are the epitome of evil with their ever-changing coverage allowances. We pay exorbitant premiums, and then they decide to not cover something because it would affect their bottom line. But I digress. When it comes to prescriptions, this store is one of the better ones within 2-3 local zip codes. And a special shout-out to Valerie. She's an outstanding ambassador.

It was a dreary day today raining since 1 AM. I arrive there around 11 AM. As I was walking from the parking lot, I met Leon who offered to assist me in finding the plants I wanted. . I found him helpful and knowledgeable and when he didn't have an answer for me, he went to a manager who had the information I needed. A lady named autumn checked me out she was quite helpful, even though their power had gone out because of the storm they Hand wrote My receipt and gave me a copy . They asked if they could take my credit card information and when their power return, they would send me a receipt via email if I provided them my email address, which I did. Overall, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant, except for the lady at the counter named Jennifer. I found her to be standoffish and she gave me the feeling that she was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase plants from them. Or, I was bothering her.. I have to say that did not make me feel good, however, the professionalism and kindness of the other staff over road the experience and negative energy I got from Jennifer. Even on my latest visit, when my prescription had a "hold" on it (whatever that means), Danielle let me know that she could have it filled in the next half hour. She was also apologetic, despite that this issue was no fault of hers. I have had plenty of experiences here over the years with pharmacy employees who were churlish and surly. I am hopeful that those days are finally over at this location. After all, it costs nothing to be friendly and polite.
