I visited your store located in Greenville , this is my first time visiting this store but ross is usually my go-to place for my shopping needs. On March 2nd, I was shopping at your store when I encountered the store manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional in her approach towards me. I would give this store zero stars if I could !I went into a dressing room and left my car keys in my shopping cart while I was trying on select items. when I came out the cart was gone and I asked the store manager for help but she said the cameras showed nothing and she could not assist me in looking for it or making an announcement that they were lost . Not only did she refuse to help me with my queries, but she also went on to ignore me and engage in conversations with her co-workers instead. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Furthermore, when I tried to escalate the issue with her , she showed no interest and continued to be dismissive of my concerns. I believe that this kind of behavior from a store manager is intolerable and sends a wrong message to customers who are loyal to your brand. As a customer, I expect nothing but the utmost professionalism and courteousness from your staff, and especially from the store manager.
