I met one of the most hardworking and respectful employee ever yesterday. Sharon helped me locating a few things in the store and informing me that the bug repellent I was looking for was sold out sadly, but I could order it online and receive it within a few days. Just the small amount of time of being around this wonderful women I can tell she is a strong willed person. I have some mad respect for her cause even with her hand in constant pain she is still at work with a smile on her face and super sweet to the people she encounters at work. I know so many kids my age that would stay at home and find any reason to not be at work. The world needs more people like Sharon. You all have some beautiful hearted people working at your store and I can tell the employees take pride in their work there. Not enough people do that these days and it makes me respect the people that work like Sharon more and more. They make great examples for the kids my age to look up to and try to be more like. I wish the kids would stop looking at social media for role models when there are great ones to look up to who work at our local stores like Tractor Supply. This is a wonderful Tractor Supply! They put on an outside market recently as a benefit which went very well. Sharon, the employee managing it, was absolutely terrific and helpful. We have had nothing but good experiences at this location and all the employees have been very helpful. Recently, Joshua went out of his way to help us with our many questions, load items, and was very friendly. He was also very kind and patient with our children who were interested in several products. The store was orderly and tidy which makes for a good experience. read more

I ordered a large, expensive item online. When it arrived it did not work properly. The manager, Chad, did not hesitate to refund the item. He was extremely helpful and willing to make things right. It says a lot for the store the way he handled things. They will definitely have my business again. read more

Hey everyone!!! They have way more employees now!! A lot more. I always go the extra miles to go to this store instead of the one in Greenville that's way closer to Commerce. Sherri (I believe that is her name) was running the store basically by herself and DOING AMAZING but they definitely needed more employees. Now they fixed that problem and hired more employees, but she's not here today :( hands down, Sherri gives us the best customer service. She is usually the one that gets the chicks for us. Idk if anyone from the store reads these comments, but that woman needs a huge raise and needs to be here all the time! Lol. All in all, this store is a lot cleaner, cares for their chicks, and does everything great. I recommend this tractor supply over Greenville even if you have to drive further. Today, Brenda helped us out a lot though too!! Had some trouble with an online order and she got it all taken care for us. read more

You arrive, ask where the vet is. You are directed to the pet food section. There is no vet there. You ask again, you are told the vet wont be there because if holuday hours. You know this isnt true, because you looked it up before coming, and the vets van is in tbe parking lot with signs all over it. You ask agsin, and are told they set up tables where the deercorn pallet is. Wait and wait, they set the vet in the center, take everybody that just got there, No matter how long you've waited on them. No appointments. Run as a custerf***k to use a military term. It's one constant up-sell, from beginning to end. Trying to get you to order more shots, more tests. Dags and cats, lined up and NOT liking eachother. Unsupervised children, running up and growling and barking at ghe pets. (That's going to end badly) In short, great idea. But a horible and dangerous execution. read more

Worse service ever. We purchased a chicken coup from them at 8 pm on Saturday evening. We were informed they would help us load it so went to the truck to wait. We were told there was one customer in front of us. We went back in after 30 minutes of waiting and were informed there were now three people in front of us and they would not load us that night. There were three employees up front joking and laughing and clearly could not be bothered. Once we complained they threw a fit and snapped for us to drive around back. We were loaded up with pure attitude. I spend about $1000 there a month and clearly customer service is not their thing. I called customer service and they informed me that they were not allowed to load trucks at tractor supply in Texas....a tractor supply that has loading bays and sells large farm items.....even their customer service has poor customer service. I asked for the manager to call me and still no call. This folks is a solid reason to support your local stores and not big box stores...they care less about you as a person. read more

I bought a zero turn tractor for 7k. Brought it home and it did not work. Thez told us to take it to greenville to fix it. They held it for 2 weeks and it is still not functioning they then told us to take it back to tractor supply. Tractor supply told us just to keep it until they could provide us with a new one. It is now a month and im stuck with the bill and a broken tractor. Ive spoken to counless managers and still nothing. read more

Love this store but they need more employees. On a busy Sunday morning we stood in a long line like we always do. One cashier working and hard to find someone working the floor. We are next in line and the cashier leaves to help the customer in front of us. She was gone for a few minutes while she grabbed something from the back. I look back and now there are over 10 people in line. Get more people in this store to help customers. If you weren't so close to my house, I would patronize a different store. read more

Taking something back the cashier lady rolled her eyes at me , when told her don't roll your eyes at me she told with a head shake I can do anything I want. Got a manger and lady did not care . I guess I can mark this place off place I shop will not put up with attitudes . There is no reason to roll your eyes at a customer. To me it says she does not respect my business. read more

My husband and I love to shop in at Tractor Supply. We have a small flock of chickens and my husband is an avid hunter. Each time we go into the store for any purchase large or small we are always treated with a warm smile. My husband recently purchased a utility vehicle at TSC at store #2147. Belinda, Patty & Jenn were especially helpful and went above and beyond to help us with all aspects of the sale. The vehicle was cleaned an serviced before we took it home. Non existant customer service amazing how they will stand around and watch an old lady load 50 lb horse feed bags and bird seed and not offer to help eith in store or in loading just walk on by. Oh yes you can ask for help if you have 20 minutes to wait for them to show up when and if they do. NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER read more
