Also, the front windshield interior still has spots on it. It seems like they gave the dash and everything else a quick wipe down, but didn't use Armor All or anything else. Also did not vacuum between the front seats.... Not worth $30. But I did get it for 'only' $15 and I guess you can only do so much in 10 minutes.

Sure enough she was rude to me also and there was no reason to act this way at all. Young girl abt 20 something light brown hair below the shoulders about 5'6" or so Point is if she hates her job quit... I been in customer service for years and if I ever behaved to MY customers like she did TWICE (myself and an unknown customer she was backstabbing about) I would have been fired, perhaps she needs to be also,,, fired that is.

I did wait for 20 minutes before I got pulled into the middle bay. There was a $10 coupon on the website which I used on my service. One of the latches on the hood was missed, so I did have to pull over on the way home to relatch it.

Let me start by saying it is extremely difficult to find trustworthy services professionals…read morenowadays, Steve and John are truly some of the most upstanding and honest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only is their work always immaculate but it also always reasonable priced. I have no problem trusting my vehicles with them. Nor have they ever tried exploiting my limited car knowledge to extract money from me. I have two luxury vehicles(Infiniti Qx56 and Cadillac Escalade) the maintenance on these vehicles can be outrageous at times. I've taken them to their respective dealerships to get issues checked and been told multiple times, well this needs to done, that needs tuning always major issues that need immediate attention. Then I take them to Steve for another opinion and he gives it to me straight. 'No, you don't need all that work. You may need a little of this or that nothing like the dealer says.' Every time Steve or John correct the issue, saving me $100s of dollars and never try to take advantage. Just recently the Infiniti was there for a oil change. Previously we were told about loose parts on the front wheels. They advised to get it fixed, estimated cost almost $800. Steve took the truck in looked it over and said that issues isn't there anymore. You don't need that work done. Like I said earlier I trust them wholeheartedly and was ready to pay that. Steve could have lied and took my money but he didn't. They are truly honest, ethical and trustworthy. Businesses, people like this are rare and deserve all the business they can stand. That is why I've been taking my vehicles here for close to 20 years and will continue to as long as their in business.

They…read moreare competent mechanics and have very fair prices, back up their work and strive to satisfy their customers. Trustworthy is an understatement... Steve always explains what is going on with a vehicle in need of repair, communicates well with customers and ensures they know what needs to be done without any unnecessary repairs. I trust them unconditionally with my vehicles, and even though I don't live close to them, I'll gladly make the 2-hour drive to have work done when needed.

Quickly and efficiently, they fixed the tire then mounted it as the spare tire which was over 20 years old. The set of tires purchase elsewhere out of state where we live were two weeks old. I bought a new replacement tire, and it was mounted and balanced. The pricing was very fair. I watched and saw numerous people helped with consistent caring service on a Saturday morning.
