We started with Cauldo de Cameron soup. We were warned that the portion size was large and it was. We were expecting a spicy seafood broth with vegetables but the broth was lacking. Served sizzling, the protein was cooked perfectly and the sides were left untouched. Lastly, the El J's Alambre was ordered. This was shrimp, steak, bacon, and chicken over some grilled onions and a few vegetables in a cheese sauce.
