While I was with the agency, I had several interactions that raised concerns for me about the service. When I asked questions or brought up issues that mattered to me,as time went on, I didn't feel like my concerns were really being addressed. Eventually, not feeling supported and reassured, over time I did not feel like my concerns were being adequately addressed. The final straw was being presented with a Client Care Support Agreement that I felt pressured me to accept terms I wasn't comfortable with if I wanted to keep receiving services. By that point, my experience with the agency had already left me feeling like my point of view wasn't being listened to or respected. In the end, I no longer felt confident that my concerns were being taken seriously, so I decided to find care somewhere else. I encourage other clients and families to ask questions, keep records of any concerns, and make sure they understand any agreements before signing them. When you rely on caregivers for daily support, it's really important to feel safe, listened to, and respected

One lady asked a client for gas money even though she knew the rules that states under no circumstances are the in home care workers allowed to ask the clients for money. I was so happy to hear the in home care worker got fired. They brought one lady out to work with me and she wasn't a nice person. She even made my lil pup cry. Another lady was crazy. They must have incompetent people working for this company.

The majority of the people they sent were unqualified and/or unsuitable for work with sick people. Several of the people they sent to help me were so elderly and in such obviously poor health that I took care of them! They manipulated my schedule without any notice and when I objected just blew me off. Again and again... The last straw? They re-scheduled my home visits to 6 hours one day and 6 hours the very next day, and three hours another day. When I objected, I was basically told "tough luck," this is more convenient for US. I have filed a formal complaint against them Don't let them into your house!

They had about 16 of these chairs on the floor, and I think i tried almost every one. Employee Amarvir helped us-- he was very patient and a great help in pointing out features and helping us make a final decision. We purchased a lift chair that day and I am so happy with it at home. Access delivered the chair 2 days later, set it up and all is well! Really good customer service. I do recommend this place for walkers, wheel chairs and the like.
