Brit who helped me really went out of her way to ensure she understood what the occasion was for and colors/flower preferences when putting together my arrangement. The arrangement is based on your budget so if you found it too expensive that's probably because you weren't vocal enough during the selection process as they truly do try to work with you if you say $50 they stick to $50. If your like me who tend to go towards expensive flowers like peonies which eat up your budget and limit how many flowers you will get; they will let you know before finalizing the arrangement so that your not stuck with something your not happy with.

Terrible customer service! As a surprise my brother sent me flowers for my birthday. I was…read moreupstairs in my home vacuuming and did not hear the phone calls (calls came in from three separate phone numbers) The driver left without delivering the flowers because it was cold outside. (The delivery person called and did not leave a message or text.) When I called to ask to have my flowers re-delivered, they said they would not re-deliver and said I should go pick them up instead. I requested that they refund the sender and they said they would not do that. Alternatively, they wanted to call the sender and ask for an additional $15 to re-deliver the flowers. They did redeliver the flowers as they should have in the first place but not without upsetting me on a special birthday. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
