He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I will give all of my future business to Spa Direct and credit is to Ralph. He is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Great Job!

Since 2021, we have worked with them for regular maintenance, service calls, questions about balancing chemicals, purchasing supplies and more. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. They offer a free service for you to bring in a sample of your hot tub water and they analyze it in the store and tell you exactly what chemicals to add. That was immensely helpful when I was getting the hang of the new hot tub. I highly recommend this business. They stand by their product and provide support to the customer for years.

I researched Hot tubs for several months. I finally narrowed it down to a plug n play from-then…read morewent to a big box store-There are two of them in N East Ohio, you know who they are. Neither big box retailer could tell me much about their tubs except for price and obvious things such as 1yr warranty but they didn't know how that worked or the fine print details, or anything about their service after install etc. Notable was that they did disclose that they "neatly leave the packaging / trash for the consumer to discard"- What?! Then remembered The Place in Medina, Ohio. So glad I went this route. Rex Brown was very knowledgeable, he answered All of my questions and concerns (that no one else could and other info. that I couldn't get online). The Place has a large inventory of Hot tubs. Like most stores, big box or small retailers they have a limited amount of Plug n Play units but more than most that I went to, and they carry the BEST plug n play model on the market: The Dream Maker and at an affordable price too. The difference with The Place and Big box stores, is that The Place knows their products and stand behind them! It is a family-owned company-(buy local). They have a repair shop on sight, their own repair guys/employees (unlike big box- once you get it home - after warranty-it's on you to get it fixed). The Place also carries any accessories, like filters and chemicals that you may need for your hot tub. The transaction was GREAT from start to finish, (no gimmicks, no delays, no bait and switch). The delivery and set up was quick and very professional; they left no trace of packaging material aside from my beautiful hot tub you would never know they were there! I couldn't be happier- I highly recommend Rex Brown and The Place in Medina Oh.

We are extremely disappointed with Litehouse Pool and Spas - Wooster location, the customer service…read moreand lack of willingness to work with us is unacceptable. We put the deposit down on our pool in March of 2020 and were given an installation date of late May/early June 2020. We were constantly reaching out to Litehouse on a weekly basis to get more information on when/where/how this was going to be installed. Litehouse continued to push out our installation date each week. When we finally received an installation date at the end of June, the installers were unable to install our pool due to lack of clearance with our fence opening. We reached out to Litehouse to try to remedy the situation and understand why we were not aware of the clearance for the equipment in our back yard. Litehouse said that the Installation Agreement "could have been overlooked." Which it was, as we had never received a copy or signed the agreement. Another date and time was scheduled for the installation, in the meantime we had over 6 tons of sand in our driveway for over a week. We had several conversations with Joe B. the manager/owner of Litehouse Wooster. Joe was rude, condescending and simply did not care. He made no apology and took no responsibility in this oversight. We thought our nightmare was over but it was not. When the installer, Joe Craddock from JMC Pools and Landscaping came to install the pool he had to dig several feet into the ground. The problem was that, per the installation agreement with Litehouse, he was to notify us BEFOREHAND, if he to do more excavating then typically needed as there was an additional charge. He did not speak or contact us as we were home during the excavation until he asked the for additional money ($600). When we questioned him why we were NOT told BEFORE he dug, he abruptly turned around ,swore and left. Joe Craddock called us saying he will "get attorneys involved" if we don't pay him $600. We contacted Litehouse about the excavation and minimal effort was made to resolve the issue. To say we were disappointed in Litehouse and JMC Pools and Landscaping is an understatement, we were treated with disrespect and laughed at when expressing our frustrations without apologies or remedies for the situation.

These guys know what they are doing. They fixed the mess Scioto Valley did when they installed the…read morepool. We had to have the liner replaced. There was a leak and all the water drained out at the end of 2025. Scioto Valley just had a sand cove which most of it had disappeared. Brittany installed foam cove. Covered the bottom with a foam cover. That will keep the sand from moving around. They did a good job. Now for the Cons- They are very expensive $4200 to do the pool and I already had the liner. Also it took them 2 1/2 months to get to me. And that was after we gave them $1950 in April. They didn't come until the middle of June. Brittany is a pretty smart girl and got right in there after the foam was put in until the job was done. And you could tell she wanted it done right.
