He did just enough work to get each of the "deposits" needed to start the next phase. He did shoddy work throughout, but because we are not pool experts, it looked good enough to the naked eye. He kept promising that he'd be back to finish the job, but once he got 90% of the contract, he disappeared. To echo the only other review, if you decide to deal with this person and/or company (and I obviously would NEVER again and wish I had never), do NOT pay them any money until the work is completed.

It's funny how people need to understand that this is a FAMILY OWNED business and with that comes a million times more pressure to that of some BIG HOUSE corporate company. If you want to be friends with the company - then you are in the wrong place. THEY ARE PRO's first and foremost. IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT with perfection and the understanding that you the HOME OWNER will need to take some personal responsibility - I would recommend NO OTHER COMPANY besides DREAMSCAPING . Good luck finding some other big house that cares about their performance and their company more than them.
