The shuttle van fits a total of 14, so we were joined by another couple and pair of sisters, who thankfully, were really cool people, so it wasn't awkward at all. The shuttle van was very comfortable and Joseph provided waters and snacks, but you can also bring your own if you like. We visited 4 wineries in total, tastings and winery tours were included in the ticket price, and most wineries offer a 10-25% discount on bottle purchases through Best Coast Tours as well. You can even order your lunch in advance, not included in the ticket price, to be delivered during your lunch stop on the tour. We chose that option and enjoyed our lunch seated at a table on the grass listening to live music. Everything was so convenient and we really got lucky with the beautiful weather. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Best Coast Tours to anyone from SoCal looking to spend a day out in Temecula without any of the stress of planning and coordinating. It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert. The drive back was just as fun, jokes, music and a great experience overall.

Pros: - Comfy seats and always a nice clean bus - Free drinks and snacks form tour guide person, often an old russian lady who likes to tell jokes that are hit-and-miss. - Free checked bag service where the bus driver can store roller bags in the under-bus compartment (although I just carry my small duffel bag onboard and tuck it under the seat) - Two free movies on overhead screens - Now there is assigned seating so no more needing to rush to get in line early to grab preferred seats. Cons: - No longer provided free earbuds to watch the movies. I didn't need to fill out any paperwork or take any pictures. Within 5 days they called me back and I picked up my passport and visa (sticker) inside. (I'm Vietnamese) you have to be Vietnamese to get the 5 year one I believe. I've recommended all my Viet friends who wants to visit Vietnam even though they said they're only going for a short time. Once you visit VN you'll more likely will go back next time etc. With a 5 years one, you don't need to keep getting a tourist visa everytime. This saves time and money.
