We were in town for a RUSH concert at the Kia Forum. We initially thought we would Uber from the hotel, but then saw a shuttle service posted at the hotel front desk. It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert. I hired VIP for my event with Habitat Los Angeles and the service was phenomenal. Liliana was amazing. Julio was amazing. Arthur was amazing. Levon was amazing. We've been doing this event for over 20 years and had to switch shuttle vendors several times because they just can't even get the basic things right let alone the small things right. Our drivers got all the things right the big things, the small things I didn't have to babysit anyone it was the best service I've ever seen out of a transportation company. Yesterday while driving northbound on the 110, an LA VIP Tours bus suddenly crossed over the gore point (the striped no-drive zone) and cut directly into my lane, nearly hitting my car. There was no safe or legal reason for that maneuver. Crossing a gore lane is illegal for a reason. It is designed to prevent exactly this kind of dangerous situation. A commercial driver operating a large passenger bus should be held to a higher safety standard, not ignoring basic traffic laws. This was reckless driving that put me and others at serious risk. No one, especially a company transporting passengers, should be driving like that. I hope LA VIP Tours takes this seriously and addresses it before someone actually gets hurt. read more

I went see The Weeknd at SoFi stadium last night. We anticipated parking issues there so decided to get a room at The H Hotel at LAX. We were planning to Uber, but finding out Uber was charging $65 EACH WAY had to come up with other plans. We found out LA VIP tours would pick us up and drop us off for only $35 a person!! It was a good value and staff was very Professional. I lost my I phone on the rose there. The driver was kind enough after his shift to drive to my hotel and deliver it to me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had an incredible experience with LA VIP Tours & Charter. We used this charter service for a round trip drop off and pick up to LAX for our international flight. Our driver picked us up in San Diego and took us to LAX. They dropped us off right in front of the Tom Bradley building and picked us up there when we returned. We went through LAVIP tours for our transportation to and from the KIA forum for the lady Gaga concert on 2/19. The ride there was good- we only had to stop at 2 other hotels to pick up more people. On the way back, it was a Charter bus and we stopped at about 6 places before we got dropped off. I wouldn't have minded as much (and would have considered other transportation) if I would have known this. Before we booked, I called to specifically ask whether we would be stopping to pick a bunch of different hotels up. The person I spoke to asked me what day and where I was staying/going to, and said he'd look it up. Then, I was told,"Oh no-it won't be a lot! It will be a max of 2 other hotel stops." I feel that this is misleading. In fact- at the beginning of the ride home, the driver went down a list of over 10 hotels that he could have stopped at, but luckily no one on the bus was staying at a few of them. It could have been even worse! read more

We took this bus for a week to Mammoth. The company gave us bus with broken toilet. It sloshed liquid waste from toiled all down the aisles both ways of our journey and smelled horrific. The fumes were toxic. We couldn't use the restroom and we refused any kind of refund. read more

This bus co. was used for 40 people for a 9 hour trip to Mammoth. Worst trip there and back ever. The restroom was broken and the smell throughout the bus was horrid. When we got to Mammoth, we tried to contact the company, but could get no response. The driver did not speak English, so was no help whatsoever. He even locked the door of the bus during our lunch break so we could not get back in to get our purses. And, he would not open it for me. The trip back was worse. One guest vomited. Blue Stuff coming out of bathroom. Now they will take no responsibility at a cost to us of 12,000 for the week. Do not use them!!!! Only rating one star because we got to our destination in one piece. They deserve NO Stars! read more

Excellent customer service and the bus was clean. This was the second year for our parent organization to use the 55 passenger bus to transport our graduates to a theme park. Pick up and drop off were on time and I was given contact names and numbers for dispatch and the driver on duty (perfect for the worrisome mother).
