I love this place! The cleanest laundromat in town. The laundries are different prices for different sizes. I usually use the $5 or $6.50 ones. The dryers are only 25 cents for 25min, which is excellent! The owner is very sweet and kind. When I did not have enough detergent she gave me some to use without charge. She is very nice. New to town !!!! I was washing one evening had paid for 5 washers so therefore I had the right for dryers . As I started putting in my clothes I started hearing the lady I believe she's the owner screaming something on the cameras i didn't understand what she was saying but she seem upset. I wasn't sure what she said she kept blocking every dryer I use . I than continue to put my clothes in the dryer . She blocked off every dryer I used . I call her and I ask what's happening . She states " you are drying without paying " this is the second time she does this to me . I tell her that I had paid for 5 washers so therefore I have the right for a free dryer . I told her I been a costumer of hers for a few months . She asks me who are you ? I told her I am a customer who always comes to wash there . I don't need anyone accusing of stealing or treating me that way . She picks on me every time I go to her establishment . Lost me as a customer !! read more

I rarely give a negative review but i felt that I need to give an honest review based on my experience. I tried to buy a dryer sheet at the vending machine and after putting already more than double the amount, machine won't dispense the product I contacted the owner and she was able to send someone to help me. So it turned out the machine only recognizes the dollar bill but not the coins. However, the lady told me that I did not put enough money and when i told her I already put a lot of coins and 2 $1 dollar bill. She points her finger on me and repeatedly saying "you did not put enough money". She was implying that i am trying to cheat. I felt insulted. I am an honest person. I felt really bad coz i was ripped off and instead i get insulted I have a decent paying job and I won't cheat just for a quarter. So this will be my first and last visit here. read more

Found this place and went there because of a review. And it was the best choice ever! The owner is the friendliest person, so helpful, and very sweet! There are new machines that take quarters but also can take payment through an app that can set the washer, let you know when a washer is free and when your wash is done! Dry is free as long as you wash and there is rules on how many dryers you can use. Great place to wash your belongings! read more

We recently found ourselves needing to find a new local laundrymat, and after searching and comparing several in the area, I decided to try Family Washtime based on the positive reviews and comments. So far I've come to this business twice, and both times have been very positive. The attendants are very friendly and helpful, and they certainly earn bonus points for actually recommending the smaller/cheaper machines than you might otherwise have used. The prices are great - between $2.75 - $4.75 for loads equal to 1-3 baskets - and the dryers are absolutely free! I'm now only spending half as much as before on our laundry trips. Took some bath rugs to use their heavy load machine. It has been awhile since I've used a laundromat but to my surprise it was so clean and quiet! There was a lady their who I believe maybe the owner super friendly and helpful. She help suggested which machines to use and also offered to change my remaining quarters back into dollar bills. Never had been offered that in a laundromat so great extra service and not to also mentioned all new washers and FREEee dry with wash! I have came across this laundromat randomly around last June and have been coming here since. Haven't lived in this city too long and I have been to quite a few different laundromats throughout the time. I don't have washer/dryer in my home so This one is definitely my go-to. The location is a bit small but there's plenty of machines. Family Washtime is SO clean and well maintained! The Washer machines are new and there's a great variety of sizes. The great thing is, when I forget to pull out cash, you can also use debit card as long as you have the app for the machine. The app is so convenient as well, it'll track your wash time so you don't have to wait around and keep checking on it. It notifies you when the laundry is done. At the moment, it's Wash with dry included! It's reasonably priced. Not to mention, the owner is awesome. She's very attentive and always there. Didn't want to write a review because then that would cause more of you guys to know about this great laundromat but Family Washtime definitely deserves a positive review! read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in years but with our apartment buildings sprinklers going off due to a fire all of our clothes were soaked and needed to be washed before they smelled horrible, I looked up laundromats near me and this one happened to pop up !
