I have brought in my comforter multiple times to Fresh Cleaners at Morada and have not had any issues in the past, until this last time. Whenever I have had something I wanted cleaned in detail I always let them know where the spot is and it's never been an issue. When I got my comforter back this last time, I got home to put it on my bed and noticed this yellowing large spot, I brought it back and they offered to rewash and clean it while also instantly claiming it was like that when indeed it was not. I was disappointed but they agreed to clean it again and I was fine with that. Today I went to pick it up another full week they had it and again the stain was there and they instantly blamed me stating it was already like that. I again reaffirmed that if there was a stain that large and YELLOW I would have made sure to let them know. I don't have kids, pets, and know I never had an accident on my comforter so whatever chemicals they used must have caused this stain. I simply asked "how can we make this right?"
