Lots of parking available. Oh, and apparently they accept Apple Pay (I used a credit card).

One Saturday morning, my washing machine decides to break down in the middle of a large cycle. I happened to be washing a load of heavy towels and whites so I'm in a real jam when my washer breaks. It's not like I can simply hand wash it all. A desperate search on Yelp led me here and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Plenty of machines available on a busy weekend morning. It is a smaller laundromat so it would've been nice to have a bit more space for social distancing. I can't speak for the prices since I haven't used this type of service since my college dorm days (circa 1999) but based on how there was a steady stream of people coming and going, I assume the prices are fairly competitive. I paid $6.25 for a load in the extra-large capacity washing machine. Can't speak for the dryer since I took my items home to dry. The best part was being able to keep an eye on my stuff from the parking lot - in the comfort of my car. All in all, not a bad experience or hassle. I expected a lot worse!

Came in on a Sunday morning 930ish, plenty of machines available( a lot of sizes too ). I wasn't sure what to expect since it's my first time at a laundry mat but it was a pleasant experience. Only thing lacking is space for sitting .

What's not to like if you need a place to do your laundry? They have regular washing machines for 2.50 a wash and regular dryers for 25 cents for five minutes. They also have jumbo washers and dryers which cost a bit more but worth it if you have blankets, comforters, or sleeping bags. You can sit on hard 1960's style plastic chairs and watch your clothes spin from 7AM to 12AM.

Big Apple Pay emblem out front!

Stopped into this laundromat while traveling through the southwest as a full time van dweller. A worn but clean laundromat with three different sizes of front load washers to accommodate just about anything you might need to wash. I was able to fit my bedding sheets and 4 weeks worth of clothes (I know. That's a loooong time between clothes washings) into one large load (no worries, all darks and no whites). An entire row of traditional top load washers are available if you are old-school, a Boomer (I am), or for whatever reason you do not trust the front load washers. AND, I don't know for a fact that there are people out there who don't trust front load washers, and I make no judgement if there are, but if you are, there are top loaders for you too. You know who I'm talking about. On the way in, a gentlemen in his 1980's Ford Bronco with VERY worn faux furry seat covers that smelled of cigarette smoke stopped to ask me about my Hymer camper van. After one question about the van, he started to tell me about another galaxy encroaching upon ours (Milky Way) that will eat up ours (which I think is true in like a zillion zillion zillion years from now) and how our blue sky is not really a blue sky into space but a huge planet that dwarfs the earth. I listened respectfully, showing compassion, but knew I had extricate myself from the conversation. Just as I was thinking this my phone rang and showed spam caller on it. I answered and sure enough it was a robo call telling me that my social security number had been hacked and my social security benefits would be suspended and I needed to push "1" and speak with an agent (which I did NOT!). I resist all temptation to think that this call was in any way related to me being on the SSA.gov website earlier today checking my social security benefits. But WEIRD!!! Anyway, my clothes came out nice and clean and you know, you meet the most interesting people at the laundromat. And the washers and dryers take Apple Pay! Awesome! .

Broom? Mop? Anything?

Probably one of the dirtiest laundry mats I have been to, but it's close to my house and has free wifi so it will work for now. Is it really that hard to come and tidy up your business? I don't think so.

A little over priced... $8.00 for a large washer?! $4.00 for a medium sized dryer? Come on

Place is pretty chill. Easy instructions and pay procedures. The owner keeps the place clean and maintained. Nice guy working on a holiday.

Tons of Bubbles is a laundromat located in the middle of downtown Walnut Creek, right across the…read morestreet from Safeway. Easy to find and overall great experience. Parking: They have parking lot but you'll need to pay. Hours: Open everyday Monday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm. Last wash is around 8:45pm. Vibe: It's chill. Never had a bad experience. People come in, do their laundry and then wait either in their car or the available seats at the front. Note: Make sure to put a timer on your phone if you're going to wait in your car. Be respectful and make sure you take your stuff out right away cause people are waiting to use the machine. Oh and when you walk in, washers are on the right and dryers are on the left. Tip: Bring your own liquid soap so you don't have to pay or buy at this location. You could also go to Safeway across the street and buy detergent. Here's how it works: 1. Load your clothes or items in the washer (right), put soap at the top, tap your card, select water temperature and then press start. 2. Once that's done, then move your stuff to the dryers. Tap your card, select the temperature then press start. 3. Then you're done. Don't forget to clean up after yourself especially if you're washing pet stuff or shoes in the machines.
