This place is amazing. I'm in Stockton visiting came here to wash my clothes so I don't have dirty clothes in my luggage. I am glad I looked at yelp and found it. This place is very clean. The machine work beautifully. The owner was very nice his name is Brian he is so smart I could have talked to him all day, the knowledge this man has is awesome. I learned so much from him and I am going to use his smarts in my future. He showed me pics of his dog I want to be adopted as his pet the dog lives like he's living the life as Real house dog of Indonesia. But my next visit to Stockton I am for sure coming here. Took ALL my clothes, daughters clothes, towels and blankets regularly for wash and fold drop off. 1.25 a pound blankets price depends on size. Quick turn around all our belongings smelt great. Clean and safe location. The owner is always walking around ready to help and cleans every machine after it's been touched. The bathroom is a little lacking in amenities but it's functional. I like to pick up food from Taqueria Carolina after putting in my wash so that I can eat during the cycle and be finished by the time the dryer is done. Effective time management when you have to do laundry after work at 5pm! Free drying with paid wash, but I would avoid any dryers numbered higher than 35 (the ones closest to the front door don't really heat up enough to dry larger loads). read more

Just recently moved to Stockton. While waiting on my washer and dryer to be delivered I needed to do laundry. Kim's wash time was close to my apartment, so I took my clothes there. The facility was very clean, the equipment was clean, no problem getting open machines. Employees were on site the entire time I was there. Very helpful, answered all my questions. Just a great place to do your laundry with no problems. I forgot a load of clothes while I was there. Arriving home, I received a message I had forgot some clothes, driving back, they were already being dried, an employee did that for me!!!!!! Wish I could give them 6 stars!! read more

I don't usually come here a lot, last time I took my Clorox wipes to clean the table where I would fold my clothes and the wipes kept on taking dirt off the table almost like if I was cleaning the floor so I just decided to take my clothes home and fold there. It's an old school laundromat. Change machines and the old school soap dispensers. It's clean and all the machines work. Not high tech, but so what. Free dryers when you wash there and there's an attendant on duty that's always helpful. I had a dog bed explode in one of the commercial machines and he didn't freak out while I removed the infinite amounts of foam. I came here to compare the other close laundromat near my place. I would not recommend this place since it is pricey. The cheapest load to wash is $6. I've been to cheaper places that are cleaner. Been doing my laundry here for more than 9 months now and the owners as well as their son has been very welcoming and accommodating. They're always willing to lend a helping hand when needed and you will never find customers fighting each other for the machines or the baskets. Not only the owners, but fellow users also are very nice and friendly. Busy hours during my experience would be weekends late morning until the afternoon. Sometimes Monday, Wednesday and Friday late afternoon would also be busy. One con I would like to point out is that you can find homeless people near by, but there hasn't been any issues with them bothering customers or the sort. Watch out for crazy drivers and people who park at places they shouldn't be. Overall I would say 10/10 read more

WORST COSTUMER SATISFACTION EVER!! I was a daily customer. Been coming here for more then 5 years! This is the only place I've washed my clothes at. Until one day I washed my clothes, when I started to wear my clothes I realized it had a whole lot of fiber glass! YeS FIBER GLASS! My 2 year old baby was inching and in pain because of how much fiber glass was on our clothes I kindly called and asked them to please give me free was until it all comes off and she was rude said if I wanted tot all to go I store and hung up! So I went I politely asked her to look at my clothes and to see that I'm not lying & she refused any service she didn't not want to help me and she said she was going to call the cop on me! Love Kim's wash time. It's not only really convenient for me to go to, it's clean, and the free dryers with wash are 30 minutes and get extremely hot. They drying your clothes fast. I typically come on the weekends during daytime hours when there's a lot of people but that's to be expected. I have come on a random weekday after work around 7 pm and it's not busy. They offer water and coffee and have change machines. The bathroom, although outdated is clean. The only issues I have is parking. It's such a hassle inside the plaza & I wish they had more large capacity washers,but other than that I really love it. read more

Out of all the laundromats I've been too... I like this one the most. The staff are all kind and very helpful. I like that L&L bbq is right next door so I can eat when I get hungry waiting.
