Jacob helped walk us through what she needed to complete her board. He was awesome, he explained the differences in brands and preferences. He wasn't trying to up sell us at all but he listened to what my daughter wanted. He picked a few options, let her look at them, and explained the difference and quality. He told her what he used on his own set up but ultimately let her figure out what she wanted. Once she picked her stuff he installed it for her and explained what and how it needed to be done and when and how to make her adjustments after a few rides.
