My wife is always able to find special discounts via her Kohls credit card or other promotional items which leave her with the feeling that she was able to get the clothing for almost nothing. I personally haven't been inside a Kohls in at least 5 years so I'm not the best reference for the store vibe or layout. I was surprised at the checkout process. It seemed to go very quickly, but I could also see that it could be an issue during the holidays. Maybe? Maybe not! The self checkout is somewhat automated where it lets you know when the next kiosk is open. Self checkout is the way to go. It was quick and painless.

The store takes up a fairly massive plot in Hamilton Marketplace, but the space is poorly arranged. It is always simultaneously understocked and disorganized. Aisles have merchandise strewn about and are crammed together with seemingly no rhyme or reason. Customer Service is at the very front of the store, customer Self-Pick-Up is all the way in the back, yet sometimes online orders are split between the two locations? There are a few really helpful employees, but the majority are at best disinterested and at worst outright rude. Even accounting for the rude ones, this location is perpetually understaffed. On top of all of these issues, prices just generally aren't that great. As such, Kohl's seems to take up a retail space even it isn't sure about. Too expensive and not comprehensive enough to compete with Walmart or Target, not high enough quality to be considered along side Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus, it seems like Kohl's may be well on their way to emulating Sears and KMart.

And for that I have to give all the credit to Kerri Villani my Senior Sales Consultant, that's who this review and the five star rating is about, she made this easy and painless. The first thing she asked me was what was I looking for and she wasn't talking model, I told her I wanted to lower my monthly payment. She explained a few numbers to me, we agreed on the money down and she said give me a minute. Kerri came back with a price $35 lower than my current monthly payment. The deal was done. No haggling, no negotiations, no multiple trips to see what the Sales Manager said. My wife recently got a different make car, that deal took seven hours. Seven hours! I was back in my kitchen with my new Honda parked outside in three hours. Kerri Villani is the best! And I look forward to saying that about Hamilton Honda too. So far first impressions are excellent, after all they allow Kerri to conduct business in the style she does. That and my Civic came with free oil changes and free car washes for as long as I have the car. We're off to a great start!

Very disappointed, as we had to separate our family and leave some people behind at the picnic tables since they cannot get onto the tractor. It's overcrowded, there are bus loads of Cantonese tourists that gets dropped off. It can get loud and pushy to get onto the tractor. The wait line to get onto tractor has no shade so you're just standing in the hot sun. It's all dirt roads so it gets very dusty with every car that goes by. You're better off just buying Asian pears at Hmart. If you like the fruit picking experience, go pick apples at small farms. If you insist on experiencing Asian pears picking, bring an umbrella for the sun, masks for the dust, go on a less busy weekday, and leave the kids and elders home.
