Staff is very helpful and polite (and not pushy), the store is spread out and not crowded, and it's extremely easy to get in and out. He then locked the door at 830 PM when the store closes at 9. I was sitting in my Jeep when she came to me in tears and upset. I went to the door which was locked to find out more of what happened. At that time two gentlemen saw what happened and we began to talk amongs the 4 of us about the situation outside of the store. As I was outside using my phone to find the the to corporate, the store employee unlocked the door and told us to get off his property, used unprofessional language towards us while other shoppers were in the area and threaten to call the police. I was afraid that he would try to get physical with us and I didn't take kindly to disrespect especially when it overblown and that it was directed at my wife so walked to him to protect her and he locked the door again and went back inside. At one point he let another couple in and they left a minute later. Reynoldsburg police came we talked about the situation we were giving a 2 year trespassing warning. I personally never shop there so it doesn't really bother me but my wife who is a frequent customer vowed to never buy anything from this company again. This person who this company entrusted to manage your store had an evil intent to humiliate my wife publicly and we will no longer purchase anything from this company again. Every time a retro pair drops, he tries to get it. We went here this past Saturday to pick up his shoes. When he opened the box there was a flaw on the shoe (red coloring on the white part of the shoe). He explained the issue to the girl working behind the register and she went and got him another pair. Again, there was something wrong with the shoe (I know eye roll--but seriously when shoes cost $200 they should be good to go). These shoes were worse than the 1st pair. She told him that every shoe is going to have flaws and basically just to suck it up. I understand he may be a little pickier than your normal shoe guy, but at the same time you are selling defective product and maybe your attitude should be directed somewhere other than your customers.
