It didn't ship until December 6, and after 3 days with no tracking info, I contacted the sales rep Gustavo and asked to cancel the transaction. He told me it was canceled and that I'd receive my refund within 3-5 business days. That never happened. Instead, I was later told they "didn't cancel it" because they were supposedly waiting for parts. This was confusing because I purchased a new frame, not a custom build. After multiple delays and mixed information, I finally got a call saying the order can't be returned and that it would be shipped out soon. The communication felt like constant excuses and contradictions. To make things worse, the manager Fabricio was extremely rude, condescending, and made me feel like I was the problem -- when I was simply trying to cancel an order that they said was canceled. When the package finally arrived, the hardware kit was missing important pieces needed for installation, which is unacceptable for something sold as "brand new." I did contact my credit card company because I paid for a new product that arrived incomplete. Please be careful with this shop.

in early March of this year 2026, I took my bike to Orlando on vacation with me. I had been…read morestruggling with a sprocket chain that came off the gears often. When I drove to a trail nearby, my condo, my sprocket chain fell off as I took my bike out of the car. I tried to put it back on, but I couldn't get it on. I searched online for a bike shop nearby and found this shop although on the Google map it was called David's World of Cycles. I drove there and walked in, and Felix asked how he could help. I told him I had an old bike that needed a sprocket chain repair. He came outside and helped me take my bike out of my car and took it inside. He took a look at it and call me how he could help and I told him I'd like to get a total repair because my bike was 11 years old and needing several things. I needed a new back tire, the brakes needed tightened, the derailer needed replaced, and the seat needed tightening. He gave me an estimate, and I wanted to pay in advance so he typed my name into his computer and to my surprise, my name and info was already in there. He told me that his shop was it Trek bike shop and that my bike was a Trek brand. I had no idea. My name was still in the computer from where I had bought my bike in Virginia 11 years ago. I felt like my bike had found the mothership. Felix was very encouraging and said he would try to fix my bike. It took a couple days, but it was a beautiful when it was done. When I went back, Gus helped me put my bike back on my bike rack. I found the staff of this bike shop to be so friendly and helpful and I was so very grateful. I didn't mind spending the money to get a bike overhaul since my birthday is coming up. Thank you to the people at Trek bicycle of Orlando.

Jonathan (manager-owner) was extremely professional and clear in what needed to be done for each bike. They hoisted the bikes and Pointed out the specifics of the service. They were so transparent and set the expectations of what the costs would be. No surprises. Rebecca was also extremely informative, friendly, and spent time with us to explain the bikes that were available, and the accoutrement that we could place to our current bikes. When my wife picked up the bikes, Rebecca assisted, and even explained how we could better utilize our bike transport rack. Really an A+ plus experience at this location and we will definitely be back for more tuneups.

The main reason we did was because of the excellent service and support that we got from the team at this store. I couldn't in good faith bring my business elsewhere. The patience, kindness and knowledge of the staff made me want to buy from them. Jovanny Cruz was a superb sales rep. I think my ladies must have ridden more than half the bikes in the store and Jovanny remained patient and encouraging to both of them, honestly trying to find a good fit. Andrew Fisher, the service manager for the store, was a wealth of knowledge and answered more the technical questions about the makeup of the bikes that made our short list. I look forward to working with him in the future for regular maintenance of all of our bikes. Bryan Kenny, the store manager, was helpful and supportive of his staff so that they could focus on the customers. He's a friendly guy and makes you feel welcomed there. The prices that day had deep discounts and we decided to get two bikes instead of one. We aren't sorry we did. Trek makes products that look and ride great. In the future, we will be visiting Trek for our cycling needs.

In addition to speedometers, there are topline bicycles and bicycle services available. Located near the Coast to Coast Bike Trail in Florida we were able to get a map and some great advice on where to start our adventure!
