So, I decided to say "good morning!", and got no response at all. So we perused the racks, encountering two more employees, one at the register clearly absorbed in her paperwork, unable to even look up. The other employee made herself scarce, nobody asked us it they could assist us in any way. Finally at the register, there was literally no greeting whatsoever, not a "hello", or thank you for your purchase....nothing. I hate to say that a store that provided clothing I plus sizes didn't have ONE plus size employee. It almost felt shameful to be there and not acknowledged in any sort of way. I've been to this location the past, and it was great, but I will never recommend no return to this location.

Just Cozy Wondering what kind of merchandise they carried, we strolled inside. We were greeted immediately by the staff who asked if we had been to this store before... No... The next day I went back to exchange a color. Same sales person told me they couldn't exchange without a receipt. I explained she didn't give me one and I did not get a receipt message. Although she remembered me and the situation. She refused me 3 times. After persisting she went on line and found my purchase. As this was going on she began dealing with another customer. She refused an exchange from her also. This customer didn't have a receipt because her exchange was a gift. If these are company rules they are ridiculous. $10 for leggings, Tags on them and they don't exchange??? Salesperson is not a good representative. She is sloppy in her appearance. Unkept hair, same clothes from the day before. Never shop there again or recommend.

They were friendly to other customers in the time I was there however so maybe my timing was just poor. The store was not laid out in way that made much sense to me but with some wandering you could find almost anything. They did have a cute kids section that had some pacific NW themed books and toys. They were not marked down but we picked one up anyway. Similarly the blankets were priced as is not discounted or applicable to any promotions they had. If you're in the are i would stop in but wouldn't go out of my way to shop here.

Every time, every season we are challenged with not just bad customer service, it's absolutely horrible. This time, the straw that broke the camel's back and reason for me finally getting frustrated enough to post a review, we were shopping for soccer gear. I had to go to the front counter and ask three times for help because the pricing of items was very misleading. This seems to be a theme frankly, we had a similar issue during baseball and football too. They have a sale price listed and countless items stocked on that shelf but tell you at the counter that it is full priced. Total bait and switch and it's just plain wrong. When I expressed my concern about to the manager, Yolanda, she jumped into berating us (kids and all) to "inform" that it isn't their job to make sure they are stocked right or that the pricing is correct (really?? Isn't that EXACTLY what your job is?) We are the ones that need to be more educated in her eyes. You can't make this stuff up. This is also very hard to do when there were no prices on many of the items we were looking at other than the sale sign. This was the reason we asked for assistance in the first place while in the aisle so many times to try and understand the utter insanity of their stocking setup. When we did get "help" 20 mins later an employee named Heather also yelled at my kids and I stating she had been there the whole time and that we need not have waited; we tried in a dozen shoes and no one was present. It's a very small area, we'd have noticed her ;) Anyway, moral of the story is that we will no longer be returning. Don't care if it costs more, we'll go to Oly. If anyone of consequence in management or leadership reads this please note this, we have heard the same thing from other team parents that share the same experience. Something there just isn't right and it has to be a company or local store culture thing to be this far reaching and long lasting. Consumers are getting smarter and not willing to put up with poor service, bait and switch, and plain mean people. Do something about it please!

Then the saleslady states there is no tax free for people from OR anywhere in WA state. I tried to convince her otherwise but she arrogantly kept stating that there isn't any that I was wrong - she would have been more polite if she called me stupid. Of course she is wrong, or lying - both salespeople appear lazy and dishonest...never going back!

This is a great outlet store. The selection is on the small side, but there is enough to find…read morethings you like. I always manage to find something and I've been going to this store for years. The staff is very helpful, but they'll let you browse without being intrusive. Another benefit is being able to return items you purchased at the online Coach. This is so much easier than dealing with UPS. On my last trip to the store, I returned a purse purchased online, found an amazing fragrance, and bought another Coach purse. If your timing is right, they'll discount items even more. Always happy to shop here.

Shopping in Centralia, Washington…read more.. We were at the Centralia Outlets when my niece said she wanted to go to the Columbia Clearance Store. I drove the car over and parked easily. I'm not really familiar with the Columbia brand. My niece has a jacket already and wanted a sun shirt. She had tried her friend's shirt and said it works better than sunscreen... because sunscreen doesn't stay on skin that perspires... okay... Maybe I will try one, too... It seemed lightweight, but durable. The long sleeved shirt had a vent in the back. It also had a flap that could hold up the long sleeves when rolled up. So... yes... We both got sun shirts from the Clearance section of the store. It still seemed on the pricey side to me. Service was very helpful and efficient. When I was offered a shopping bag, I asked if it was free. The clerk said she'd make it free for me! Thank you!
