This store was by far the most helpful in terms of selection, knowledge, and the amount of time they were willing to spend answering questions and providing suggestions! I want to specifically mention Gabby because she helped me every time I came in to try on and narrow down what shoes to buy (3-4 times). She was awesome--very attentive and knew so much about not just the shoes but foot support in general. I am not a runner by any means but I am on my feet all day for work, and I found the store to be very accommodating. Finally settled on two pairs that I can rotate around as my feet need more stability. I did get the $2 VIP membership on their website for a better shoe price and shipping cost. It's reasonable for your employees to come for a staff meeting at 8:00PM instead of 7:00PM. 3) If yelp says you're open 'til 7, then be open 'til 7.

My husband bought the poles last weekend, without me present, and of course he no longer had the receipt, as husbands are wont to do. I figured they have our purchases on file so I went in for the exchange. One staffer was super helpful, quickly grabbing a new set of poles in the size we needed. Unfortunately when the redhead went to do the exchange, she accused me of returning used poles because the rubber on the handles was slightly scuffed--I said no, they were just purchased last weekend and the tag is still on (with the snow was bad as it's been this year, we've hardly been up at all!). I said--that must be how you sell them, because you can see this new set I was just handed was also scuffed up on the handle. Of course after that she found the order (under my phone number not my husband's) but it feels pretty crappy to be accused of something when you're just a loyal customer trying to get the right size gear for your child. I have to say, I'll think twice before visiting this Park Meadows location again. Maybe Aurora will be better.

A great variety of fall & winter clothing including cotton and flannel shirts, hiking pants, light and heavy coats with various levels of down filling. Going past the checkout register halfway inside, you reach sundries items and shoes/boots. The clearance section for both women and men is in the back next to the free fitting rooms. I found a nylon shell casual shirt for 50% off. The length was just right so I could wear it unticked. Searching for their branded T-shirts, I found 2 for 20% off. I asked Tim who was roaming the floor if they had 2 other colors in the back room, but no luck. Then I found a nylon down filled long sleeve coat for 30% off. So I saved $84.30 by shopping carefully. They applied discounts to already marked down merchandise which is rare. Their rewards program has changed, so I got a new Loyalty number.

Service here was about what I would expect from a store in the mall. Fairly quick with employees…read morethat were generally friendly. I got the standard "let me know if I can help you with anything" greeting after a few mins of looking around the store. I did manage to find something and checkout was smooth.

This year, I ordered wreaths on Nov. 30 with the expected shipping date of 2-5 days. One of my wreaths was not delivered until Dec 19 and the others were received on Dec 13. Both well beyond the stated 2-5 day shipping time. There was no communication at all about the delay. If they had communicated, I could have ordered another gift that would have been received in a timely manner. And after spending over $250 in wreaths, they offered a $10 gift card as an apology. Will not be using them again.
