Nobody greeted me with a hello. Nobody inquired what I was looking for. I was clear I had a purchase history but they never looked up my account. The salesperson never offered to measure my foot. The sneakers that I wanted were not available in my size in the color that I wanted. We I asked if they could be ordered, the salesperson just said no. A friend also had a similar experience. I still need the sneakers, but will not be returning again.

Special thanks to the wonderful staff Mary and Joe. Both are super knowledgeable about fitting the right sneaker to difficult feet.
