The salt rocks inside the sauna make it so relaxing, and the showers and amenities everywhere were just pristine. The lounge/waiting room was calming, the robes were so soft and cozy, and the yummy tea after was perfect. The other issue was that the staff of the masseurs and aestheticians are great. The front office staff, the ladies could be friendlier. She was very cold and rude, especially if you don't buy the products that they suggest. Very disappointed, and I drive up there from LA. Probably won't be making another trip.
