[[HIGHLIGHT]]I have been getting my nails done here for over 4 years, appointments are needed to visit, they do not always take walkin-ins.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I get a gel pedicure which includes a massage with an exfoliating sugar scrub, then clay mask, followed by lotion and hot stones. I also get my natural nails dipped and or sometimes gel polish over a thin layer of acrylic. They use personal packages of tools for your nails that you may take home after they use. The service they provided , is what you would get at a beauty school. I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong salon, and as a result, this is my 2nd time here. Both experiences were HORRIBLE. Each visit, they barely scrubbed my feet. I left with my feet just as dry as when I went in. The massage was also minimal. I say "they", because both wife & husband rotated. This was the first time I went here to get my nails refilled and get a pedi. Never again. Not even two weeks after two nails broke off and that's not the worst of it , one of my toe nails came off completely!! I've never had any issues with my toe nails before and I've gotten plenty of pedicures as well so when this happened there's something definitely wrong! Walked into an empty salon on a Tuesday. Asked for a gel mani/ pedi. Showed them the side of my foot that I wanted them to see before wetting my feet so that they would know where to scrub with callus remover. I was told no & that it would make it more dry. Isn't that the purpose of the callus remover to remove dead dry skin? Ok...... The man and woman whom I'm assuming are the owners immediately started on my feet and hands. What's the hurry to do both services at once with an empty salon? The woman began trimming my toe nails. I noticed that the large toe nail on the right corner felt longer than the rest of the nail. I asked if she could please trim that corner as it felt uneven. The gentleman translated this, then said I'd have to see a DOCTOR to trim the nail. Confused, I said why would I have to see a DOCTOR to trim the corner of the nail that's a little higher than the rest of the nail? He then stated that I would get an infection. I said to him I'm not asking you to cut my skin, I just want you to trim the nail evenly. Again he said no and to go see a doctor. Then mumbled something ending the service. Awkwardly he just stared at me so I stared back and he looked away and said the service has ended. I'm sitting there with my feet in the bowl, right foot and right hand with trimmed nails and I said are you asking me to leave? He said YES! What a waste of my time and so embarrassing. He half ass patted my feet dry and I walked out of there with wet feet in my flip flops making squishy sounds, sliding in my flip flops. As I walked out the door he said have a nice day. I didn't respond. I thought by saying nothing at all I would take the high road. After days of thinking about this I wish I would have yelled back "SUCK A D*CK!" BEST pedicure in town. You choose your scent for aromatherapy which goes in the water, fabulous leg and foot scrub, amazing leg and foot massage, hot stone massage, and then a hot towel!!! I got a regular pedicure (no gel) it was around $40! I would say that the salon was peaceful and I loved how nice the owners were! I got a great service! Went in on a Monday to get an appointment since they're very limited on the amount of people in the shop at a time due to pandemic (I usually just did walk ins). They had just gotten the okay to open back up the previous week so they were a little busy when I stopped by to make the appointment (it is just husband and wife team) but glad I got to see them in action and taking all the necessary precautions. Was able to get an appointment for about an hour later same day Mask required to walk in. They will ask you to sanitize at the front desk, take your temperature, and fill out a form (just name, number and date of visit) - JUST IN CASE. (Good, I always wonder how places would go about it. So it's nice to know they have track of all clients who've received services and the dates.) They'll walk you back to your chair where all nail desks have a clear acrylic panel up between you and the tech. I did not get a pedi but the layout was every other chair was closed/out of service. They had the acrylic panels between each chair and they had some that are pulled down between them and the client. They have always used new tools for pedis and were really good about ensuring I knew the place was sanitized as they still wiped down the counter once more when I was about to sit. Definitely a good and safe environment. Safer than shopping at almost any store. I asked and they delivered! Spot on, exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in about an hour. My experience there is ALWAYS calming, love the atmosphere. Will definitely be back for a pedi. Their card reader is at times down so be sure to carry cash or ask in advance to avoid any issues! I've been to this nail salon twice, a year apart in time. First time was prior to COVID & it was an ok experience hence me not returning for another year. The pedicure was just extremely slow & not good at callus removal and overall nail shaping / painting. My manicure with Louis was decent. I decided to try them out again with a fill with Louis. He was so extremely rude & made me uncomfortable with his attitude. Any question I had he would make a snarky comment & talk to me like I was an idiot. He refused all of my requests, which were extremely simple ( like adding on french because I asked him too late ). Then he was annoyed that I paid with a card rather than cash. It is stated that they allow walk-ins, but I recommend that you make an appointment or call ahead of time to see if they can fit you in. There are only two nail techs, and they both take their time and pride themselves on their work. So from my experience they will not rush, so if they have a scheduled appointment they will not take on another client at that time (even if the place seems empty.) The shop is clean, their tools are autoclaved, and they send you home with the pedicure tools that cannot be sanitized from your visit. (File, Buffer, Callus Remover.) I sat in the pedicure throne and was immediately brought a water and asked what pedicure I would like and what scent I wanted for the soak. (I tried the Guava Passion and it was such a nice scent!) She made sure the water temperature was okay for me, took her time and wasn't rough, and she paid great attention to detail. For $35 I found that the "Deluxe" pedicure was more than worth it. Soak, scrub, mask, hot towel, hot stones, nail cleaning and shaping, lotion, and polish. Couldn't have been more pleased with the pedicure. Then on to my Manicure. I opted for the Nail Dip as I'm still new to it and wanted to give the brand they carry a try. I was given a dry manicure. Louis used the drill to buff the shine off my nails (I wish they used a nail buffer for this step, as it's better for the integrity of your nails.) He then used a drill bit to remove my cuticles, dusted my hands, and immediately went into the process of dipping my nails. When using Dip, the shape must be filed for a more aesthetic look. He used a sawing motion and distorted the shape of a few of my nails and broke the skin. Resulting in sores. Aside from having my nails overfilled, my experience was pleasant and I will be returning! read more

First off, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Only two people run the place and they're very good, but they get busy so don't expect to be able to just walk in. I got my first set of acrylic nails here. Louis did a great job. I called early and made an appoitment. I though they said 3:45pm, so I showed up at 5min early, but it turns out they put me down for 3:30pm (so I ended up 1pmin late). Sadly I have to update my review. Everything was going fine until I asked the owners wife to scrub more on the bottom of my feet because she never really scrubs, she GENTLY goes over the bottom of the feet for a second and stops. The last few times I have come I didn't have the courage to say anything even though I went home with my heels looking like I never got a pedicure. (Keep in mind I don't have overly hard dry heels) This time I had the courage to ask and asked politely and she ignored me so I asked her again and the husband said something quietly but not looking at me. I've never been to a salon where I had to ask to get my heels scrubbed, and if I have to pay extra for something TELL ME! Don't be rude. I won't be coming back. I made an appointment today for 2 manicures and one pedicure. The guy was nice on the phone and scheduled me in. Unfortunately something came up and an hour later I had to cancel. I called 4 times to cancel with it all going straight to voicemail. The mailbox was full each time so I was unable to leave a message. I got a text around an hour after the appointment claiming that I did not let them know I wasn't coming and to not do that again. I tried to reply to the text explaining my situation but there was no response. I called multiple times again with it going straight to voicemail (still with a full mailbox). I can't rate the quality of this nail salon but the customer service seems to be lacking. Try to clear out your mailbox and answer your phone next time. read more

Pretty disappointed with this place in all honesty. I was super excited to go here due to all the positive reviews. I showed up as a walk-in for a pedicure and nothing more. When I show up there's only one person waiting and two other clients getting their nails done. The owner asked what I would like in which I told him that I wanted a pedicure. Very rude! Not worth the smugness! They only had two people in the salon receiving services and they acted like it was a packed house.

I've tried giving this salon many chances but find myself surprised the next time I come, specifically with the man doing nails. Yesterday I kindly asked if I could get my thumb acrylic evened out because it was noticeably uneven as to which he replied sternly, "Mm, No. I will go in with another tool. Have you ever been to a nail salon before?" I was shocked to say the least. I also notice he will not do anything further than a french tip? I came in early on New Years Eve and I was the only one there. The couple who runs this place got me into a chair right away. I wanted a gel manicure and French tip pedicure. The woman worked on my toes, while the gentleman worked on my fingers. They gave great massages and the hot stones on my calf's was incredible. I will definitely be going back. I would suggest to make an appointment, but they will accept a walk in if they aren't busy.
